  1. In my country we say that health is the most important "property". Therefore, we must follow many rules for healthy life. In the following part of this essay I will expose my opinion about some things which improve our state of health. I think that they are several important things - sport activities, good diet, less smoking and drinking. Also, if we want to stay healthy, we must decrease stress factors.

    Firstly, movement is the core of human nature. We know that our ancestors had been hunters and farmers. Also, they had been gathered fruits and vegetables. These activities are related with many physical activities. Nowadays, many professions are related with sedentary work conditions. Dressmakers, for instance, spend a lot of time on the chair close to the sewing machine. As a result many people acquire overweight, which is serious disease.

    However, professions, which are related with sedentary work conditions, are not problems for the people which keep healthy diet. Our body needs a lot of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, vegetables and fruits are necessity for the human body. However, many people eat foods, which are rich of carbohydrates and insufficient to vitamins and minerals. I think that right diet is related to good health condition.

    Although, sport activities and right diet are very important things, they are insufficient for the good health. Smoking, drinking and drugs are enemy number one against good health. These substances destroy many important human organs. Smoking, for instance, harms lungs and teeth. I think that if we want to keep good health, there is one easy way - give up smoking.

    Nowadays, stress is problem number one in many countries. According to scientists, stress causes cancer and psychical diseases. There are several ways to cure stress symptoms. Nature is one of the best soothers of stress. Taking a quiet walk in a park or watching a beautiful sunset can do wonders. Even reminiscing about such a scene from your past, or simply imagining one, allows your stress level to drop.

    In conclusion, I think that things, which are exposed above, are sufficient for good health. Nowadays, it's not very easy to observe this rules but I try to do that. I believe that these simple things are enough for good health.

    Assignment : What do you do for good health? Living a healthy lifestyle.

    You hear a lot about living a healthy lifestyle, but what does that mean? In general, a healthy person doesn't smoke, is at a healthy weight, eats healthy and exercises. Sounds simple, doesn't it?

    Living a quality, healthy lifestyle is more important than the chronological age of a person. To live a healthy lifestyle means to be consciously aware of the choices you make and the things you do that are good for the body, mind and spirit. To live a healthy lifestyle will reduce the risks for serious medical conditions such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and obesity.

    Improve my eating habits. Be aware of the serving size, type of food I eat and how I cook and eat my food. Reduce the amount of fried foods and eat more fresh fruits, grains and vegetables. It is better to steam or grill the food, as this will prevent the destruction of the natural vitamins and minerals in the food. This method of cooking will also keep the calories low and will help me control, maintain and keep me within my healthy diet plan.

    Drink less soda and artificial beverages and reduce caffeinated coffee or tea intake. Sodas contain high sugar content and are high in calories. For example, a can of soda will contain over 140 calories. It is recommended to drink as much as 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to prevent dehydration and help clear out toxic waste in the body. Try water with added minerals and electrolytes. These are readily available in the stores and supermarkets.

    Exercising should be included in my daily regimen if I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and live a quality life. Start slowly if I have not engaged in any physical or strenuous activity for a while. Simple activities such as walking, bicycling and swimming can be great ways to start off; they can be a lot of fun and can be done with family members or friends. Working out at the local gym can also be a way to meet new people and make new friends, as well as keep the body fit, strong and healthy. Any form of exercise that will increase blood to the heart and increase oxygen to the body and vital organs will help to keep me working at my optimum-and full of vitality and strength.

    Keeping and maintaining a happy perspective and outlook in my life are just as important if I want to live a healthy lifestyle. Go and find out about activities, clubs and groups that will help me improve, develop and engage my mind and spirit to a higher level. Good places to start are yoga clubs, meditation centers or groups that will help me learn to center and focus my energy, which will in turn help me to reduce and manage stress in a more positive way, as well as find inner peace. Keeping the mind active is an important element to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Find hobbies that will keep my imagination and creative energy flowing to inspire me to find inner happiness and help others along the way.

    The best ways to maintain good health are natural. By making simple lifestyle changes, within days I can start to look better, feel better, think better, have more energy, lose weight, help protect myself from heart disease, diabetes and cancer, which is our number one killers, and slow down the aging process to live a longer, happier, healthier life. So why not do it?

  3. Since time immemorial, people have been trying to do different things in order to stay healthy. Some people prefer to prepare healthy food, however, other like to be active in sport. Another group of people is those who think that if you want to be in a good shape you need to rest in the countryside breathe the fresh air and abstract from people. In my opinion, all these opinions are correct and people should follow them definitely. I am inclined to believe that the best way to stay healthy is jogging. Now I am going to explain why I think that I would say that I am trying to keep my body healthy using all good experiences.

    First of all, I exercise a lot. For example I go to the gym or swimming pool in my building. At the gym I like to use treadmill and steppers, because they keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. On the other hand, probably one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. All of this has helped me throughout my life in numerous occasions. For example, I have never experienced sport injury in my life, and I believe that a lot of exercise was the crucial factor in that. Another exercise I usually do is play bowling because that is my favorite’s game.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism. Furthermore, scientists argue that water helps our brain, and for me health means that I have to take care not only about my body but also about my brain. For example, for this reason, I drink a lot of water and enjoy in solving different puzzles. This keeps my brain healthy and my tongue witty and sharp.

    Finally, I trying to improve my diet and nutrition and stay healthy as my age to eat a good breakfast every day. Vary your foods and try to get some protein if you have problems regulating your blood sugar. A healthy breakfast is the cornerstone of a good diet. It is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit. The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee.

    In conclusion, I strongly believe that we have a lot of good possibilities at our disposal in order to stay healthy. We can eat healthy food, we can relax or exercise, and, above all, we can visit our doctors, from time to time, just to check our condition. I am trying to use them all and it helps to both; my body and my soul.

  4. It is so wonderful to get good health. Nowadays, it is a bit difficult to maintain healthy as we are facing with many different problem of health such as infection from the bacteria or virus which is easy to infected us. Besides that, many people give too many reasons such as not enough time to do exercise that can contribute them to the disease caused by lack of exercise such as obesity which cause many differential problem to them. Imbalance diet also can affect our health such as diabetic and hypertension.

    For better health, I prefer to maintain our personal hygiene such as practice correct hand washing technique frequently to prevent transmission of microorganism. Taking bath and use clean clothing are also encouraged to prevent infection. Besides that, we need to take care on environmental hygiene. We need to ensure our house is clean such as no stagnant water to prevent lifecycle of the mosquito.

    Besides that, diet also important to maintain good health. We need to take well balance diet follows the food pyramid. We need to take water more than two liter per day. We also need to take more vegetables and fruits as it is vitamin resources. We also can take supplement in order to help and built our immune system. We also need to decrease intake of fast food. We also can modified our meals to make it delicious and healthy to eat such as by reducing sugar, salt and seasoning.

    To help maintain our health, we need to do physical exercise regularly. Three times per weeks should be okay. Exercise also needs to depend on our body health to prevent any injury or health problem. Nowadays, many recreational parks provided to encourage us to do exercise such as jogging and swimming. We also can enjoy fresh air during exercise session. We also can do exercise at the gym. Besides stay healthy, exercise can help to strengthen our muscle and get good body shape.

    We also need to encourage all family members to practice healthy lifestyle to maintain good health. If one of our family member get infectious disease, the other family member need to take precaution to prevent become infected too. If we get any symptoms or feeling not well, we need to consult our doctor immediately so that it can be treated easily.

    We need to realize that we need to be healthy and free from any disease. Not difficult to get healthy. We need to be responsible to our body system in order for us to get good living and good quality of life.

  5. Do my habits really affect my health? Yes, very much so. All of the major causes of death (such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung disease and injury) can be prevented in part by making healthy lifestyle choices.
    Must always remember don't smoke or use tobacco. Smoking and using tobacco are very dangerous habits. Smoking causes 440,000 deaths in the United States every year. More preventable illnesses (such as emphysema, mouth, throat and lung cancer, and heart disease) are caused by tobacco use than by anything else. The sooner you quit, the better.
    Limit how much alcohol you drink, this means no more than 2 drinks a day for men and 1 drink a day for women. One drink is equal to 1 can of beer (12 ounces), a 4-ounce glass of wine or a jigger (1 ounce) of liquor.

    Too much alcohol can damage the liver and contribute to some cancers, such as throat and liver cancer. Alcohol also contributes to deaths from car wrecks, murders and suicides.
    We must make sure that we take the healthy diet. A healthy diet has many health benefits. Heart disease, certain cancers, stroke, diabetes and damage to your arteries can be linked to what you eat. By making healthier food choices, you can also lower your cholesterol and lose weight.
    For those people are overweight they must lose their wieght. Many Americans are overweight. Carrying too much weight increases your risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, gallbladder disease and arthritis in the weight-bearing joints (such as the spine, hips or knees). A high-fiber, low-fat diet and regular exercise can help you lose weight and keep it off.
    Exercise can help prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis and depression. It can also help prevent colon cancer, stroke and back injury. You'll feel better and keep your weight under control if you exercise regularly. Try to exercise for 30 to 60 minutes, 4 to 6 times a week, but remember that any amount of exercise is better than none.

    Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism on health. Health benefits that positive thinking may provide include increased life span, lower rates of depression, lower levels of distress, greater resistance to the common cold, better psychological and physical well-being, reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease, better coping skills during hardships and times of stress. This is the way I keep myself always to stay healthy.

    It's unclear why people who engage in positive thinking experience these health benefits. One theory is that having a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduces the harmful health effects of stress on your body. It's also thought that positive and optimistic people live healthier lifestyles, they get more physical activity, follow a healthier diet, and have reduced rates of smoking and alcohol consumption.

    Positive thinking is an effective way to achieve mastery of bio-energy healing. Maintenance of a positive energy level in a healer's own bio-energy field reduces stress and emotional tension in the healer and in others. Positive emotions and feelings and a positive mental attitude can improve the quality of people's lives and heal their bodies of illnesses and stresses.

    On the other hand, negative emotions and feelings bring poisoning toxins to the organism. Strong negative emotions such as anger, spite, envy, jealousy, and fear make the endocrine system accumulate poisons in the blood. Anxiety, depression, and doubt can also cause poisoning of the blood. Passive and lengthy negative emotions are even more dangerous for health than active, sudden and momentary negative emotions. Negative emotions shorten the span of life. Treatment of physical symptoms with positive thoughts and statements was popularized in France a century ago, and it still has the power to overcome unwanted states such as stress, tension, and unhappiness. Thoughts and feelings make up reality and add color to it. So, unhappiness brings a gray world and reality. To change a gray world and to overcome the feeling of unhappiness, anxiety, or tension, one needs to refocus the mind on positive, healing thoughts.

    When people predict that something is going happen to them, it is more likely to happen because negative thoughts will be reflected in their unconscious. Instead of paying direct attention to pain or illness, every time a negative thought occurs, say something like, " It will be better than I think." When a wish of any desired condition is established in the mind, somehow the unconscious mind leads the wish to realization-not magically, but through mental programming.

    Besides healing illnesses, positive attitudes help one to withstand troubles and problems, make correct decisions, and overcome obstacles. Do not focus on negative events; try to discover a positive perspective. For example, individuals must understand that they need to read more or think more of others in order to find ways of perfect communication. Because the thoughts of individuals are either positive or negative, they are reflected in their social or asocial behaviors. People should observe and conceive the world around them, as well as their inner worlds, with positive perceptions.

    The government is already going for the healthy campaign to keep the people in healthy always. In week end, have some place do the exercise such as “poco-poco”, “senam robik” and else. Everybody have their own style to keep healthy. To me, I would say that I am trying to keep my body health by using all of the good experience of our ancestry.

    First of all, I do the exercise a lot. Every morning when I get up from bed, I do a light exercise like sit-up for my tummy, deep breathing exercise and stretching for my body. So they can keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. Furthermore, it helps my body to always fresh and fit.

    Besides, I drink a plenty of water for excretion my body waste. Drinking water is so important for good health. Our body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and the muscles, lungs and brain all contain a lot of water. The body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all an organs. Water also transports oxygen for cells, removes waste, protect joints and organs.

    In other hand, I am very stress about my diet. A balanced diet must contain the carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, mineral salts and fibre. To me, my body needs a carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals salts and fibre in the correct proportions. If there is not enough protein, I will not be able to grow properly and will not be able to repair myself for example the wounds will not heal properly. If I do not have enough energy containing foods, I will feel very tired. But I must beware if I too much energy containing foods I will become overweight. So, I will do the exercise to “burn-off” some of the excess food which I ate at last meal.

    In conclusion, everybody must beware on their healthy to avoid from any dangerous disease like hypertension, diabetic and cardiovascular disease. To me, it’s so difficult to make our body in healthy always. So, I try to do my own style to maintain the body health besides see the doctor to trace any abnormalities that I have.

  8. The healthy life style is making the human happy in their life. Every age people must take care their health condition and always prevent them to disease. If our body condition not well, we cannot do any work and always will be lethargic. Who will be maintaining their healthy life style; there will be most rich person in their life.
    Firstly, I must care about the diet I were taken. The nutritional diet is very important to our growth and be strong our bone. Other than, the diet help to increase our brain function well. An example, we can take calcium, carbohydrate, phosphate, fibre and protein followed by pyramid schedule as enough for our body.
    Other than, avoid taking unhealthy foods. Such as, avoid taking alcohol, cigarettes and take junk foods. It will destroy the health condition. Drinking a lot of cold water, it will increase secretion in our lung. At lastly, we affect by disease such as, asthma, pneumonia or pulmonary disease.
    Secondly, I prepared to do exercise every evening or after finish work. The exercise make our body active and help some of the medicine do it function well in our body. An example, the calcium is work fast in our body when we do exercise jogging or walking. The sweating out from our body is help to move out our excrete or waste products by skin as a liquid.
    Further more; the entertainment is very important thing. If we got stress at office or working place, we can release it by doing our hobby. Such as, do shopping, reading, watching television, dancing, fishing, and sing songs. It will increase our healthy condition especially relax mind. Entertainment makes a lot difference in our body. It always makes us happy and avoid stress.
    As a conclusion, I gave very important for the exercise, nutritional diet, and entertainment to maintain healthy life style. We want to stay healthy must do the three things for keep us young even though old ready. Avoid laziness, obesity and sleeping at afternoon. Always keep doing exercise with friend and teach to the family how to be healthy. It will make the healthy generation.

    As we work with patients to improve their diet, we continue to be amazed at how few people eat breakfast. Most either skip it entirely, or drink coffee and eat sugary pastries instead. A healthy breakfast is the cornerstone of a good diet. It is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit. The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee.
    Water quality is very important. In many areas of the country, tap water may contain lead, radon, nitrates and other potentially toxic chemicals. Additionally chlorine and chloramines are placed in municipal water to decontaminate it. Recently, San Francisco changed from using chlorine to using chloramine. Flouride in water supplies is a controversial topic with some studies suggesting health risks associated with fluoridation.For these reasons, I recommend using clean sources of water and the use of solid carbon filters, such as Multi-Pure, or reverse osmosis filters. Avoid water that is in soft plastic containers, particularly in hot climates, as these can leach plastics into the water. Nalgene bottles are a good type for storing and transporting filtered water.
    Eating a health-promoting diet is an essential component of good health. While it seems to be common sense that eating a healthy diet provides all of the vitamins and minerals we need to enjoy good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease, numerous scientific studies have shown that using good quality nutritional supplements can go beyond addressing nutrient deficiencies and help you achieve optimal health.
    A good quality supplement, in my opinion, contains higher levels of antioxidant vitamins and minerals. It also balances the minerals and vitamins in proper ratios for absorption and utilization by the body and contains few if any binders, excipients and other additives. While not necessary for many people, I often use ones with hypoallergenic ingredients to avoid reactions in sensitive people. Finally, vitamins and minerals should be in safe amounts and chemical forms that absorb well and are easily utilized by the body. What this means is most good quality vitamin and mineral supplements are in the range of four to six tablets or capsules per day. I can recommend a specific formula to address your needs and advise taking two or three with both breakfast and dinner. This simple step can go a long way to insure you are not deficient in important nutrients, and is often a core part of one's treatment plan.

    Nowadays, many people should take responsibility about their healthy this because many of the disease attack among people in the world. However, we can only triumph our time, when we own a good health. Thus, health is an extremely precious possession. What should we do to have a good health? In my option, there are two things, that we should attach special importance: our good mind and body.

    First of all, owning a good body means that we should notice our nutrition, for example, water is very necessary for our body; or fruit and vegetable provide many Vitamins, that are good for our skin and curve. We ought to know that nowadays there are many consumer brands, containing many poisonous chemical, such as saccharine, insecticide in vegetables and fruits; so on ... It causes many popular cancers and some strange diseases. To protect ourselves and our family, we should choose carefully beverages and do morning exercise everyday.

    Besides that, a positive thought will make our life more pleasant. After hard-working day, we can find happy and peasant from the laughter of children. Making relationships also brings the joyfulness, for instant, a relationship between our family and the next-door family, the panics or open-air camping of the old friends, or the time for some special friends. It makes our life have meaningful but always mysterious. In pastime, we can play or listening music, or try to join a dance class, to improve the necessary skills. We ourselves make our life easier to breathe.

    People need to stay healthy to maintain their good life. Good health will ensure them to have happy life with their loved ones. Many people say that good health is more important than have lots of money. Each individual do many different things to make sure they will stay healthy. Everyone needs to stay healthy to make sure he has long life and prosperity. I prefer to have good health than mountain of money. I have my own style to stay healthy and for sure to have good health.
    Exercise. Exercise is the main key to maintain good health. There are many types of exercise that can be practised such as jogging, running, cycling, or swimming. Some people may go to gymnasium and practise there to stay healthy. For me, I always go to jogging every weekend and do sit up to strengthen the abdomen muscle. Furthermore, I also use stairs if need to go to education office. Using stairs may help us to reduce weight and also it is good for health. I also practised fast walk when walking to stay health because fast walk is one of the simplest exercise that can be practised every day.
    Besides that, diet also important to me to stay healthy. I prefer to take low cholesterols, carbohydrates and fats diet every meal. I only eat twice daily which is breakfast and lunch. For me, breakfast is important because it will supply the energy to us and it can be lasted for long time. Rice still can be taking but with small amount only. I also avoid eating after 8 o’clock every day because night time is the time for the stomach to process and rest. Diet intake is important because it will affect our health through inside.
    In addition, emotional is also the vital aspect to maintain good health. For me, think positive in many aspects is important. Think positive can stay away from stress that may disturb our health. I keep smiling and think positive in my daily life. Make lots of friends and good communication also is the part of stay healthy. I also maintain a good relationship between my family, friends, neighbours, lecturers and people surrounding me. For me, to stay healthy is general and it include inner and outer part of body especially mentally aspect.
    To sum up, people may do different things to stay healthy including me. I care so much with my mentally thinking and physically also. Exercise and diet is two different things that have the same function to maintain good health. Avoid stress and always think positive is the best way to stay healthy and it is the way to have long life and prosperity. Good health cannot be replaced with anything and it is the vital thing in our life.

    I agree whole-heartedly with the saying “Health is Wealth”. If a person is not healthy then he or she will find it very difficult or even impossible to enjoy life, even though he or she may be very rich.
    If I am asked to choose one from two of the following things, which will I prefer: health without wealth or wealth without health? Without hesitation I will choose the former. There is no doubt.
    Wealth is generally associated with how much money a person has, that is, how rich he is. An uncle of mine is very rich. He has just about everything anyone can hope for, and some things no one dares to hope for. That is how rich he is. He lives in a huge mansion guarded by huge Dobermans and sophisticated burglar alarms. He has expensive cars, furniture, paintings and other rich man’s toys. Well, he has everything except good health.
    Everywhere he goes he carries with him a bag of medicine. He has to take pills everyday for his weak heart, diabetes and hypertension. He is about sixty years old and has spent his life accumulating wealth. Without doubt ha has succeeded in becoming very rich. However he has also succeeded in becoming very unhealthy too. He laments about his lack of health and says that how he wished that he was young and healthy again. Unfortunately he cannot regain his health again.
    This example of wealth without health is not what I want to follow. It is ridiculous to have so much material wealth but being unable to enjoy it. What is the use of money when one has to take so much medicine everyday just to stay alive? How can one enjoy life when one’s body is weakened by disease and pain? No wonder my uncle laments so.
    Health without wealth is far better. That is what I have now. I do not have to worry even a bit about what I can eat or do. I eat and do not abuse it by taking drugs or overexerting myself. I take good care of my body. In that way I stay healthy.
    With health I can go about my work with joy. If I become rich, then that is fine. Then again I may lose my riches, but that all right too. I can always do the things I enjoy whether I am rich or not. I can play games, swim in the sea, climb hills, eat delicious fruits and appreciate the things of this beautiful Earth. This is indeed wealth, to be healthy and joyous.

I strongly believe that in order to stay healthy, we should get exercise regularly, have a healthy diet and try to relax more often.

    To begin with, doing exercise regularly is very important so as to maintain a healthy condition. For example jogging, walking, swimming is things that strengthen our muscles and make us stronger. We will become both well-built and healthier. All poisonous substances are given out. That will clear your body such as strengthen your bone, tone up your muscle and so forth. At the same time, it brings us a lot of energy to take care of our daily activities. Especially, it forces our heart to operate well because it keeps our heart rate up and blood sugar down. Decreasing cholesterol and improving blood circulation are is good for your body. In addition, we can lose weight and maintain a good shape when we play sports or enjoy outdoor activities.

    Besides that, we need to take notice of healthy diet. In modern life, people have to do lots of things, so they usually run out of energy and work up an appetite at the end of day. They need a balance diet such as eating more fresh fruits and vegetables provide our body a variety of necessary vitamins. For example, vitamin A in carrot sharpens our eyes, makes them brighter and clearer. Or vitamin E in grape makes our skin smooth. And vitamin C in lemon or orange is for anti flu virus. Also, we need to use less fat, salt, sugar in our daily meals to prevent us from heart disease, high blood and diabetes. Therefore, we need to add enough vitamins to stay healthy.

    Therefore, stress is the major problem for all of us. According to scientists, stress causes cancer and psychical diseases. Relaxation helps us reduce stress effectively. For example, stress, tiredness will disappear somehow when we are getting together with our family and friends. We will be happier. We can also travel to somewhere interesting and opening our mind. It will not only release stress but also offers us helpful knowledge like historical culture, manners and customs of a place we visit. Sleeping is also very important. A good night sleep will help to refresh our mind and regain back our energy.

    In the nutshell, I think that things, which are exposed above, are sufficient for good health. Nowadays, it's not very easy to observe this rules but I try to do that. I believe that these simple things are enough for good health and it is a priceless gift of oneself. As long as you have your health, nothing else matters. For wise people, they always know how to do stay healthy. For me, three indispensable things are to activate the body, eat scientifically and refresh wisely.

  14. The world’s nowadays is full of disease. It means a person can easily get the disease due to internal or external factor like pollution and family heredity. So, everyone has rule out their own ways to stay health. For me, I have a family history of diabetes mellitus and I am also obese. Thus, I have to make great effort than others to prevent getting the disease.
    The first thing need to pay more attention is diet. From the food pyramid, the highest part should be less taken or avoid to taken such as oily food and junk food which can disrupt my body metabolism. Due to living at the hostel, the chance to get a balance diet is seem difficult to fulfil. Then, I have come out my solution which is every week when I go back home, I will eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I think eating at home is better than eating at outside because of the cleanliness problem and the flavoured add in the food like Ajinomoto. Besides that I will bring some fruit go back to hostel and share with my friends.
    Second of all, doing exercise is most popular ways to stay healthy. Exercise can helps a person resistance to disease, promote blood circulation and help to build up the immunity. The people who are active in the sports have the less chance to get disease compared to the people who lazy to move. Other than that, it also helps to eliminate the bad fats which are LDL Cholesterol in the body and this type of fat is the major causes of the cardiovascular disease. So, I will do exercise three day per week and at least 30 minutes which helps to lose weight. The exercise not need too vigorous. It also can be more easily like take a walk at the housing area.
    The person who always is in stress cannot develop a healthy mental as well as body. So, I think the best way to reduce stress is laugh. There is many ways to make a person laugh such as watching a funny movie or have a chat with the best friends or family. When we laughing on some things or somebody, our mind are been divert and we will feel more relax as well as comfort.
    In conclusion, I think prevention is better than cure. Everyone has their own responsibility to their own body. If the way is right, we can live longer in order to enjoy our life.

    Nowadays, many people do something to be healthy. Some people prefer to maintain their healthy by control their food. However, some of them to be active in sport to maintain their healthy. Another group of people is those who think that if you want to be in a good shape you need to rest in the countryside breathe the fresh air and abstract from people. In my opinion, all these opinions are correct and people should follow them definitely. I am inclined to believe that the best way to stay healthy is jogging. There is my explanation about the jogging.
    First of all, jogging is a basic element of any sport. If you want to succeed in sport, firstly you have to be a good runner. Jogging will trains your physical endurance. For instance, when you start to jogging you will probably not to be able run for a long time for a long distance. Then, you will find it easier and you will manage your running better. When your heart and muscles will be more powerful, you will gradually improve your capability to run. Thereby our health is getting better and stronger.
    Another reason is more critical for me. It is about stress control. Nowadays people are living under a great stress, so jogging can be a good method to direct our energy to the right way. It will help to predict many mental diseases and stay healthy in spite of all current problems. For example, my grandfather used to run every day for about 20 years. Therefore, his health is very strong now and he feels like he is 20 years old.

  18. Since time immemorial, people have been trying to do different things in order to stay healthy. Ancient cultures like Sumerians or Greeks used to study the medicine and practice sports, and Romans were famous for enjoying in water in their baths and spas. Keeping in this train of thought, I would say that I am trying to keep my body healthy using all good experiences of our ancestry.

    First of all, I exercise a lot. This means that every morning I go to the gym or swimming pool in my building. At the gym I like to use treadmill and steppers, because they keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. Furthermore, it helps me whenever I play basketball with my friends on weekends because I am always fresh and fit. On the other hand, probably one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. All of this has helped me throughout my life in numerous occasions. For example, I have never experienced sport injury in my life, and I believe that a lot of exercise was the crucial factor in that.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism. Furthermore, scientists argue that water helps our brain, and for me health means that I have to take care not only about my body but also about my brain. For example, for this reason, I drink a lot of water and enjoy in solving different puzzles. This keeps my brain healthy and my tongue witty and sharp.

    Finally, whenever I can I visit a doctor, because prevention is of the utmost importance if we want to stay healthy and prevent further complications. I believe that what we do, in order to stay healthy, sometimes is not enough. Of course that organic food is important, and that exercise can help us, but even then our health can be affected from to us unknown reasons. For instance, couple of years ago, my friend who lives healthy life during one visit to his doctor found out that he had a skin cancer from overexposure to the Sun. Today, after surgery, he feels well but without visiting the doctor this could get more complicated.
    In conclusion, I strongly believe that we have a lot of good possibilities at our disposal in order to stay healthy. We can eat healthy food, we can relax or exercise, and, above all, we can visit our doctors, from time to time, just to check our condition.     Health is must to enjoy the life to the fullest. For me it's even more necessary. Because I believe fitness is key to success for a physical therapist. For staying healthy I do three things first of all starting my day with meditation and light yoga; preparing my own healthy food and; jogging for half an hour in the evening.

    Being a physical therapist I have learned proper techniques of yoga and meditation. I also know the advantages of it. In the early morning, starting with "pranayam" I enjoy the fresh oxygen. Slowly with light yoga aasanas like "bhramari asana" I stimulate my brain and body. With some other poses like "surya nameskar " and "pawan mukat aasana" I get flexibility and strength for the body to resist whole day exertion. After that I finish it with "shav aasana" which relaxes the body.

    Food is also very important for good health. I prepare my meals by myself. I try to make it completely filled with all the required nutrients. Lot of salad and fruits are always part of my diet. I believe it is also necessary to eat hygienic food. For that home made food is the right choice.

    Thirdly and most importantly, jogging for half an hour is a routine for me. After I am back home, I want to get relaxation and need fresh air. For that I love to jog. Advantages of it need no description. I jog for half an hour and after that 5 minutes of cool down. I love to spend time near my park, watching small children playing.

    I do these three things religiously to keep myself up to the mark in my personal and professional life. I keep myself busy in my work and other activities of my liking and I never remain
    idle. Idling can give rise to many mental problems like anxiety, depression, and
    loneliness. I have a creative hobby of music and writing. I play harmonica in my
    spare time. In conclusion, in order to maintain good health one must sleep in time and wake up in time. Do regular exercises. Walking is one of the best exercises.   20. Staying healthy in this day and age can be a challenge between fast food restaurants on every corner, unlimited entertainment options that promote inactivity, and a medicinal solution to treat most conditions, there is little motivation for taking responsibility for my health.

    Making positive health choices can help me feel good on the daily basis, help me avoid nagging illnesses like head colds, and even prevent serious diseases. While living a healthy life cannot guarantee me from not getting lung cancer or pancreas cancer, I will be only reducing my risk. In the long run, these positive choices can lead to a longer, healthier life that will require fewer medications.

    My first step for maintaining good health is eating right and getting enough exercise. This is probably one of the theoretically least challenging aspects of staying healthy, but it is often difficult to put into action. Making healthy food choices on the daily basis and finding time to exercise is easier said than done. Busy lives often lead to choosing foods that are quick and easy, and often prepared ahead of time. Exercising when there is work to be done, study to take care of, and other chores to handle is often a tough thing to prioritize. If I want to stay healthy and happy, work hard to make healthy food choices and try to fit exercise into my schedule at least three to five times each week.

    Another part of a healthy life is keeping my stress levels under control. Exercising will go a long way in controlling my stress, but I may need to do more. I have to ensure that I take time to relax and do not let stress build up over time.

    A great way to prevent bad stress is to be surrounded with positive people. If there are friends and loved ones I can talk with, it will help me to release a lot of the bad feelings and anxiety that I feel. Surrounding myself with positive people will boost my own mood and help me cope with the daily events I face. It will also give me a place for support when things are especially tough. A positive attitude and strong support system helps me maintain good health.

    A final method for staying healthy over the course of my lifetime is to practice prevention. Instead of waiting until I get sick and searching for a cure, do the things listed above to prevent ever-facing illness. If my goal is to keep my body strong enough to resist sickness and disease, I can avoid a number of illnesses that would otherwise be a problem. Have a healthy attitude, get plenty of rest and fresh air, and follow the steps above to prevent minor illness and serious diseases. A long and healthy life will be my reward, and I will save time, money, and a great deal of pain by adopting a preventative attitude toward my health.

    Nowadays, so many type of disease interrupted human activities daily living. Heart problem, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and obesity are the main disease that people in Malaysia is suffered. The human should take a precaution step to avoid disease that will bring them to death. To maintain or stay healthy, we should start in the early age. We got many manners to be maintaining our health. Such as, exercise, take a well-balanced diet, and avoid alcohol and smoking. I also using that manner but for me, the most important is to reduce stress. Without feeling of stress, it is also help to late the aging process.

    Stress is one of causes of most disease in this world. As a human, we are not escape from get the stress. But, what we have to do is to reduce the stress. We have to proper manage ourselves in whatever we are. As a students or workers, we must search for happiness although many work to do. I believe that continuous feeling of stress and sad will invite many disease to our body.

    Well balanced diet is one of important thing that can provide us as a human to stay healthy. Decrease intake of fat, salt, sugar, and oil will be maintaining our body weight. We should be in normal level of body mass index (BMI) to know our limit. A government also provide the diet pyramid as guidance to people to take well-balanced diet.   23. Certain things I do to keep healthy are that, I live a disciplined life. I wakeup
    every morning at five and take a long walk. I brush my teeth, take shave, and take
    bath. Besides I take my breakfast at regular time. Keeping empty stomach can cause
    acidity and other stomach disorders like acidity etc. Furthermore I invariably
    take my lunch between 1230 to 1330 hours and I am regular about it. Furthermore I
    do take light snacks and tea around 1600 Hrs and finally have my supper at 2000
    Hrs. I retire to bed at 2200 hrs without fail. I follow what I studied in my
    Nursery days that is: “Early To Bed And Early To Rise, Make A Man Healthy Wealthy
    And Wise”. Regular schedule for sleeping and waking and regular food habits
    contribute very highly to one’s good health.

The most important thing is to find out how our body works and size, shape. Eating right, staying physically active, and not smoking are a few examples of good habits that can help stay healthy. Some of the leading causes of death often can be prevented by improving personal health habits.
    Eating the right foods and the right amounts of foods can help live a longer, healthier life. Getting the nutrients need; such as calcium and iron, and keeping weight under control can help. By balance the calories from food with the calories use through physical activity. It is never too late to start eating right. By eating a well balance diet, can a clean diet help with weight management; it can also improve your health and quality of life as you get older.     There are variety of food that we can eat especially vegetables, fruits, dry beans and whole grains. Other than that, we can eat foods low in fat, saturated fat and cholesterol such as fish, poultry prepared without skin; lean meat and low-fat dairy products. Moreover, weighing too much or too little can lead to health problems. After age 45, many people gain too much weight. We can control our weight by eating healthy foods and being physically active.
    Physical activity can help to prevent at least six diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity (excess weight), diabetes, osteoporosis, and mental disorders, such as depression. Physical activity also will help us to feel better and stay at a healthy weight. Research suggests that brisk walking can be just as good for us as an activity such as jogging. Try to do a total of 30 minutes of constant physical activity, such as fast walking, most days of the week.
    Before we start being physical active, we can choose something that fits into our daily life such as gardening, raking leaves or even washing windows. Besides that, we try a new activity like biking, dancing or swimming. It will help us to produce a sweat. As a human, we must have a good enough sleep although we have too much work to do. Sleep can help us to get a healthy body.
    Everyday, we must take at least 1 to 2 litre of plenty water. Water is important for the proper transport of nutrients to all cells and tissues of the body. An increase water intake increases urine formation and excretion thus facilitating the elimination of toxic and noxious substances. This protects the urinary tract from infection and stone formation.
    Research shows that smoking causes more major diseases than any other personal habit. Some examples are cancers of the lung, mouth, bladder, and throat; heart and lung disease; and strokes. It is never too late to stop smoking. If we stop smoking, we can help avoid these diseases. As we know, smoking can lead us to many types of disease. If our family who is smoking, we must take an action by advice them to stop the smoking and encourage them to have a healthy life.

  26. As the saying goes, ‘If you do not have good health, you do not have wealth’. Leading a healthy lifestyle is undeniably important duty that we owe ourselves. Different people do many different things to stay healthy but for me I believed in several ways to go for it. My trick to live healthily is simple: love life, love oneself and practice a few basis disciplines.

    The first thing to be taken care of is diet. Diet could be a very huge aspect to be talk about and because of that I stick to some simple formula like balanced meals which provide us with the necessary nutrition. This nutrition includes carbohydrate which plays roles to give energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fibre. Good diet must also taste good and need to be associates with sufficient water intake to keep myself hydrated all day.

    The next step is by performing regular exercise to maintain good health. This step may be difficult for most of us. Realizing that exercise can reduce stress which will greatly affect how I look, I had taken a solution to overcome this matter. It is by finding a sport that I like and do it regularly. Besides that, I always prefer to do the physical activities indirectly without realizing it such as walk or cycle or jog to meet my friend instead of going to meet them by car.

    Personal hygiene and cleanliness are one of the important aspect that have taken care of to stay healthy. This means I have to be clean on all levels: mentality, physically and spiritually.
    In this case, I always avoid smoking and stay out from smokers as it can affects the skin and cause many health problems. Other than that, I also limit caffeine intake and always have sufficient sleep. To keep my healthy lifestyle and my mind intact, I always stay clear of it.

    To conclude, we should make healthy eating and physical activities fun and habitual, for example by trying out new sports, games and other activities as well as new food. In doing so, we will grow stronger stay active longer, look and feel better.

  27. Good health contributes a lot to our activities. With good health, we could perform our responsibilities well and we will live peacefully. Many things we can do to ourselves to stay healthy everyday. Good health also prevents us from getting chronic illness such as Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. For me, I did all these things to make me stay healthy all the time.
    First of all, before I start my day, I will make sure that I wake up early in the morning, no matter how tired I am. It is good for me to keep my wake up time constant even if my sleeping hours vary. Wake up early in the morning makes me feels fresh and energized to begin any activity during the day. Before going to bath, I will take 2 or 3 minutes to stretched up so that I will feel refresh.
    Second thing is, I will take breakfast and never try to skip breakfast. It is good to get breakfast before doing anything because if I not do so, I will tend to eat much during lunch. Eat much during meal time will increase the calories and that is not healthy. Increasing the calories will accumulate the fats in the body and that makes me prone to get disease. When I take breakfast in the morning, during lunch, I will eat in the small portion. Even though I ate 5 times a day, but each meal I take only a small portion.
    I rather use staircase if I am only at level 2 or 3. It is also some form of exercise. I admit that I rarely have time to spend for exercise. Therefore, in my daily activities, I will slip on something that is near to exercise such as use the staircase, walking rather than taking a bus or taxi to go to near places and get things by myself rather than ask people to get it for me. That are the only way that I could do to stay healthy even though I do not have much time for exercise.
    To sum up, stay healthy brings you a lot of benefit and it also prevents you from disease that makes your life gloomy. Diet and exercise plays important roles in maintaining our healthy lifestyles and we shall practice it everyday.

Ancient cultures like Sumerians or Greeks used to study the medicine and practice sports, and Romans were famous for enjoying in water in their baths and spas. Keeping in this train of thought, I would say that I am trying to keep my body healthy using all good experiences of our ancestry.

    First of all, I exercise a lot. This means that every morning I go to the gym or swimming.
    By refreshing doing a physical exercise before work, I might feel better and easy when studying. Normally Students come to the school in the morning in a sleepy manner. After doing physical exercise they look active and energetic. This activeness lead them to do other activities like reading, writing, dancing, speaking or debating in the school more successfully. They show a big difference in enrolling activities, after exercise.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism. Furthermore, scientists argue that water helps our brain, and for me health means that I have to take care not only about my body but also about my brain. For example, for this reason, I drink a lot of water and enjoy in solving different puzzles. This keeps my brain healthy and my tongue witty and sharp.

    Finally, whenever I can I visit a doctor, because prevention is of the utmost importance if we want to stay healthy and prevent further complications. I believe that what we do, in order to stay healthy, sometimes is not enough. Of course that organic food is important, and that exercise can help us, but even then our health can be affected from to us unknown reasons. For instance, couple of years ago, my friend who lives healthy life during one visit to his doctor found out that he had a skin cancer from overexposure to the Sun. Today, after surgery, he feels well but without visiting the doctor this could get more complicated.

    In conclusion, I strongly believe that we have a lot of good possibilities at our disposal in order to stay healthy. We can eat healthy food, we can relax or exercise, and, above all, we can visit our doctors, from time to time, just to check our condition. I am trying to use them all and it helps to both; my body and my soul.

    Certain things to keep I’m healthy are that, live a disciplined life. Wake up every morning at five and take a long walk. Besides, take breakfast at regular time. Keeping the empty stomach can cause acidity and other stomach disorders. Jogging is a basic element of any sport. If you want to succeed in sport, first you have to be a good runner. Jogging trains your physical endurance. For instance, when you start to jog you will probably not be able to run for a long time for a long distance. Then, you will find it easier and you will manage your running better. When you heart and muscles will be more powerful, you will gradually improve your capability to run. Thereby our health is getting better and stronger.

    Another reason is more critical for me. It is stress control. Today people are living under a great stress, so jogging can be a good method to direct our energy to the right way. It will help to predict many mental diseases and stay healthy in spite of all current problems. At least once a week I make sure I make a jog.
    Humor is infectious. The sound of roaring laughter is far more contagious than any cough, sniffle, or sneeze. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. In addition to the domino effect of joy and amusement, laughter also triggers healthy physical changes in the body. Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. So, just laugh.
    A healthy breakfast also is the cornerstone of a good diet. It is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit. The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee.

Many people concern to improve their quality of life so that they tend to focus on find the money to increase their level life, until they almost forgot to concern on their health level. Have the good health is the real happiness of life.
    In my opinion, there are many way to stay health in our life. One of them is, take the balance diet according the pyramid food. The Diabetes and hypertension are the chronic disease that most commonly people in world having it. These two diseases can cause the severe complication to the patient, such as renal failure, stroke, glaucoma and others. Some people used call this disease is Mother of the Diseases. The cause of the disease is takes the diet with high cholesterol, while the others factor is genetic and other problem medical history. The diet that should be taken is increase with mineral, fibre, carbohydrates and other types of vitamins.
    Other than that, is practice the good life style. The good life style is practise the exercise regularly at least three times every week. Exercise will help in reduce the weight by burn the excessive fat under the skin. Exercise also will maintain the good body figure. For maintenance of perfect health, exercise is no less important than diet. The reason why our ancestors were healthier and stronger than we are is that they led comparatively much more strenuous lives.
    The most important health is mentally health. Balance in life seems to result in greater mental health. We all need to balance time spent socially with time spent alone, for example. Those who spend all of their time alone may get label as "loners," and they may lose many of their social skills. Extreme social isolation may even result in a split with reality. Those who ignore the need for some solitary times also risk such a split. Balancing these two needs seems to be the key - although we all balance these differently. Other areas where balance seems to be important include the balance between work and play, the balance between sleep and wakefulness, the balance between rest and exercise, and even the balance between time spent indoors and time spent outdoors.
    In conclusion, I believe that there are many way for us to keep on stay health. The health is not only include the physically, but also mentally.

Scientifically, a person is said to be healthy when he is undisturbed physically as well as mentally.In this sense, a person seeming all right externally while in disturbed state of mind can't be said a fully healthy person.So, one needs to be fit both physically as well as mentally to stay healthy.There is awise saying'Health is wealth.' It means to earn efficiency, aperson needs to be healthy. Keeping this thought in mind, people do different things to stay healthy6. I try to remain healthy by eating well, doing alots of exercise and getting plenty of sleep.
    Eating well is one of the most necessity for one's personal physique. Itry toobtain all sorts of minerals and vitamins by taking food groups like meat, fruits and vegetables, dairy, breads, eggs, butter etc.I keep away junk food like McDonalds even from my thoughts. the junk foods rerduce the advantage of all sorts of other good foods that I eat.I intend on eating correct amounts of food i.e. IU like balanced diet. I avoid eating under or over diet asI don't wish to get underweight or overweight.
    Doing lots of exercise is other form of getting healthy. I ride my bicycle to my college everyday as I believe that cycling is one of the easiest and most convenient form of exercise without wasting much time and energy .Apart from this I prefer swimming every weekand for about an hour .This refreshes me from all sorts of stress throughout the week .
    Along with these,I try to remain fit by walking for thirty minutes every second day .Doing exercise not only keeps me fit but it also has a very good effect in my digestion .So ,doing exercise is th emost useful way of remaining healthy as far I am concerned .
    The above mentioned ways i.e. by eating good food and doing much exercise are mainly for keeping the body fit .But to remain healthy one should be mentallly fi tas well .For this ,I prefer on getting plenty of sleep .Generally I have a regular schedule for about eight hour a day .I intend on avoiding unnessary naps during the day as it disturb night time sleep. So , I prefer sound sleep. This helps me in remaining fit mentally and when I wake up early in the morning , I find myself free from previous day's thought and begin thinking about the new day.
    In summary, I am very healthy both physicsally as well as mentally as I eat well exercise much on a regular basis and have a good and sound sleep. So , I strictly intend that peole need to practice good habits in order to stay healthy .Staying healthy counts a lot as health is wealth.

Another group of people is those who think that if you want to be in a good shape you need to rest in the countryside, breathe the fresh air and abstract from people. In my opinion, all these opinions are correct and people should follow them definitely. I am inclined to believe that the best way to stay healthy is jogging. Now I am going to explain why I think that.

    First of all, jogging is a basic element of any sport. If you want to succeed in sport, first you have to be a good runner. Jogging trains your physical endurance. Nowadays, we are living in an unhealthy polluted environment with bad air condition, water pollution and global warming which are affecting our health.To this we are being exposes to much kind of diseases.our health is being compromised. In order to live longer and value our life we need to take care of our health by doing good practices in maintaining good health.
    However, in order to maintain our health we need to practise some good tips in maintaining our health .The main good practises is by exercise regularly such as Jogging, walking, swimming is things that strengthen our muscles and make us stronger. Regular exercise can help to protect us from such heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis. How exercises help? Is when we have well workout, it brings us a lot of energy to take care of our daily activities. Especially, it forces our heart to operate well because it keeps our heart rate up and blood sugar down. It also decreasing our cholesterol level and improving blood circulation which is good for our body and with this practises we can improve our mood and help us in better managing stress in our daily living.
    Moreover, we need to eat properly by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables which helps provide us with variety of necessary vitamins. For example, vitamin A in carrot helps to sharpen our eyes, makes our eyes brighter and clearer Or vitamin E in grape makes our skin smooth and even vitamin C in lemon or orange is for anti flu virus. We need to consume less fat, salt, sugar in our daily meals by avoiding all the fast food as to prevent us from heart disease, high blood, diabetes which will harm our health and will cause much problems in future by leading us to secondary illnesses. Therefore, it is important for us too get such vitamins and fiber to stay healthy and live longer.
    To sum it up, as we are still living in this world, we need to value what god have gives us.   39. It depends on you to keep a healthy exercise in your daily basis. In my opinion, I have my own way to keep mine body healthy every day. Healthy body could prevent yourself from getting sick and strengthen your immune system. It is not necessary for us to spend more money in keeping healthy. Some activities will costly for you.
    There are many ways to keep a good health. We should always get an adequate nutrition. It is necessary to have a balance diet and combinations of vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibers, pure water, oxygen and sunlight. These good combinations will gives a good body requires. Besides, it may prevent us from suffering any diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, heart failure and other diseases that bring more harm to you.
    Positive thinking and positive attitude will cheers up your day and make your stay healthy. It is essential to keep a stress low. These keep the immune system in good condition which produces as a consequence good health. Stress on the other hands tenses neck and back muscles which provoke in some other vertebra disorders.
    Other than that, avoid from taking any junk food and drink any carbonated water such as coke. Junk food that took excessively can cause you become an obese person if you could not control it. Other than that, for example, carbonated high in sugar contain make person east to having diabetes mellitus. Besides, no alcohol intake and no smoking habit in the daily life. As we know, that the both of these contains bring harm to you and you will easily to get liver problem.
    You should not leave your exercise. Keep your body fit and mind healthy. Daily exercise an essential factor for good health. If you work in the high place, practice to use the stairs and avoid using the lift. This habit will burn out your calories.

  41. Health is wealth. People do many things to stay healthy. Women are much more prone to health risk than men. So, as a woman I need to take care of myself. Women’s health needs extra care and attentions.
    For me, to take care of me, I ensure that I drink a lot of water at least 8 glasses, 1.5 liter per day. Healthy food is essential. If we eat healthy, we are healthy. For the food, I tried to take a variety of food. Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals. I like to eat green vegetable. These kinds of vegetable help me to prevent from constipation. Other than that, I start my day with breakfast that can give me energy to start my study and work.
    Exercise is keys for a healthy lifestyle as well. During classes, I more preferred to use stairs. Frequent and routine exercise everyday helps boost the immune system. Sometimes I full fill my free time with play badminton and jogging. This helps prevent the “disease of affluence” such as heart disease, cardio vascular disease, diabetes, and obesity. It also improves mental health, and prevent us from depress.
    I also take care for myself with maintain my body cleanliness. So, I must stay Clean. I should have at least 2 showers per day. Another if I have had a particularly hot or sweaty time. I also put on an antiperspirant after my shower. I changed my clothes, underwear and socks every day, too.
    I also try to enjoy myself. I prevent myself from felt stress over anything. Have fun! Stress can tense our muscles, which will make us feel unhappy and unwell. If we worry too much about our health, we will be making it worse, so just relax once in a while. Other than that, I will maintain balance body mass index (BMI). So, I have to maintain my body weight.
    As a conclusion, we as a nurse need to realize that we need to be healthy and free from any disease. We need to be responsible to our body system in order for us to get good living and good quality of life.

    Evidence shows that some of the leading causes of death in the people is due to the heart disease, cancer, stroke, some lung disease and injuries and also HIV/AIDS often can be improving by personal health habits. Eating well, staying physical active and avoiding stress life is the way I do to stay healthy.
    Eating the right foods and the right amounts of foods can help us live a longer, healthier life. Research has proven that many illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure can be prevented or controlled by eating right. Getting the nutrients we need, such as calcium and iron, and keeping our weight under control can help. Try to balance the calories we get from food with the activity.
    Research also shows that physical activity can help prevent at least six diseases: heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity (excess weight), diabetes, osteoporosis, and mental disorders, such as depression. Physical activity also will help me feel better and stay at a healthy weight. Research suggests that brisk walking can be just as good for us as an activity such as jogging. Try to do a total of 30 minutes of constant physical activity, such as fast walking, most days of the week the calories we use through physical activity .
    Everybody feels "down" or "blue" at times. But, if these feelings are very strong or last for most of the day, nearly every day, they may be due to a medical illness called depression. Its commonly start with the stress. Then it becomes depression. The good news is that stress depression can be treated. But first we have to know if we have it. People do not always know the warning signs of depression. Some of these signs are feeling sad, hopeless, or guilty. Having thoughts of suicide or death, sleep problems, either too much or too little. Changes in appetite or weight (up or down). If these signs appear, we must seek medical treatment early. I do go for socialize by attending reunion and holiday to prevent this disease.
    In order to maintaining my healthy, I do eating well and go for some physical activity. Besides that, I also go for vacation and socialize to prevent having mental problem or disorder.

    Today, obesity among both children and adults has become issue to be addressed in our country. One of the reason is they all eat a lot of fast food which is not good for health. All of fast food such as burgers, fries, nuggets and soft drink contain lots of fat and such food is often difficult to digest. Besides that soft carbonated drinks contain a lot of sugar. The high intake of sugar can result in harmful diseases like diabetes. So, because of that I very being type of people that very particular with the intake of food during eat. This is one of the things that I will do to stay healthy which is eat a balanced diet.
    Nowadays, people do many different things to stay healthy. But, for me the most important thing to be stay healthy is always do an exercise twice a week. It is good to maintain our healthy. For examples, swimming is a good form of aerobic exercise. Most osteopaths recommended swimming simply because it is less stressful on legs and spine as compared to other forms of exercises. The greatest advantages of swimming is that exercising is carried out with the help of buoyancy of water.
    Other than that, to stay healthy I also will always take precaution steps which is I will go for medical checkup at hospital every 6 month or the best way is go for regular medical examination. It is very important to know level of our health and also to detect early any illness to get early treatment from the doctor. For example, I always see many cases heart attack at hospital start from patient does not know that they having an heart disease. It is very dangerous disease that be a first killer in the world.
    Beside that, I also always particular with hygiene needs. The most important things that I will always wash my hand before and after I eat. Because on our hand, we cannot see o lot of microorganism stick on our bare hand. So it is important to maintain hygiene to stay healthy. And also after going to the toilet also I wash my hand because we cannot see how much microorganism that have stick on our hand. I also always practice myself to always bring together hand sanitizer, it also can reduced number of microorganism by acts as a hand rub to replace hand washing.

  45. I totally agree that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day with many reasons to support these statements. As we know, physical exercise has their advantages to students. Otherwise, we cannot totally disagree with these statements that some people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Besides that, it depends on students either they like to do physical exercise or not for their own reason and benefits in the future.
    For me, education of physical exercise is good among the students either in secondary or primary school. It is because when we do some exercise every morning, automatically after that our mind will perceptive the learning when the teacher was teaching them. Besides that, it is good as a students to learnt the topic as much as possible they can absorb the information. With these scenario we can define that most of students like to do a physical exercise before the learning was started. Furthermore, it can make energy and reaction for students to study and then they are more concentrate with their learning hours.
    Other advantages that we get when do the physical exercise or “Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan”(PJK) is the students are not tension or stress when they are always study. Furthermore, if we get some rest with physical exercise it will help the students relax their mind. Moreover, when they was finished the exercise they can continue their study.
    Moreover, if they are just fully pay attention with their studies and do not take a rest for physical exercise it can make the complicated to student. Other than that, we can classified them as a smart students because they are always with their books in the free time. In addition, they are not interested with physical exercise. Consequently, there are not balance in their studies. Now, the students must manage their own time especially in study hours with proper timetable.
    In a nutshell, we must balance in two aspect which is academic school and physical exercise. It is because the two aspects are essential to students in the future as a successful person.     Eating healthfully is important to maintain one's health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount of animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces offish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process.

    Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy.
    Friends are an important part of one's health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don't. Laughing is also an important part of health. Hike to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone.

The mothers will always take care their children healthy in their own ways. We as an adult should have a responsible to take care of our body as maximum as it can. Healthy body can improve our physical and also mental strength. Lately, we can see that, many of us have ‘kill’ our own body. We rarely take care of our body. Once we get sick, only that time we are really appreciate a healthy body


    Nowadays, maintaining our health is very important especially for women. The women, age 30 and above, they all really take care their body. They will always take some supplement such as vitamins to increase their antibody against the virus in our surrounding. Taking pills is good but we must take a pills who have been approve by the Ministry Of Health. Some pills may contain a drug who it can destroy our body. So always read a labels before consume any pills.


    For youngter and adult, who is age below 50’s, their way to take care their body is by doing some exercise in the evening. Some of them, they will play sports such badminton, soccer, futsal and many more. They enjoy doing this activity. Doing this activity can increase our stamina and also can release tension after work. The activity usually done in the evening after 5 p.m.


    Doing exercise, taking supplements is very positive way to stay healthy. Other ways to take care our body is by controlling our food. As a normal person, we always want a very delicious food to eat, but bear in our mind, sometimes delicious food contain many cholesterol, sugar, that can cause a common problem nowadays, diabetes. Having a irregular nutrient also not good. Example I eat chicken a lot because I like it very much, and without any proper exercise, I can get obesity. From traditional to modern, there are such many way to each individual to keep their healthy. The older the age, the more prosperity they got according to Chinese culture. As an example, when Chinese New Year come, they will eat ‘ yee sang ’. The higher they pull the food, the longer the age they will be.
    There are too many aspect to maintain our health depends on the individual. For me, the first thing is about our eating habit. Mainly people are too hard to control their eating habit. So we have to start it from young. As an example, when child try to control our children from taking too much sugar liked sweets, chocolate, candy and others. Junk food such as Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Mac Donald, Pizza Hut, Kenny Rogers and many more will bring a bad effect on future if we take it without control especially for those who got overweight n obese.
    Despite control our eating habit, we also have to do some regular and light exercise even just walking outside the house, doing some house work liked watering flowers, wipe the house, wash the car and many more at least we got to produced sweat. It is actually have to go the same between eating habit and exercise to make it effect more effectively.
    For those who already in middle age, they are advised to take care of their health because usually all the disease will attack them because the older the person, the lower the immune and antibody to fight a disease. For this kind of people, they are encouraged to take supplement or any vitamins that are allowed by the doctors. A good lifestyle is what everybody wants, but what does it actually mean to have a good health?. Staying healthy means eating a well-balance diet, getting regular exercise, and avoiding things that are bad for the body and mind.

    Firstly, a well-balance diet is essential for not only children but also adult peoples. Nutrition plays a key role in maintaining good health and preventing many diseases Everyone can take good nutrition by following some basic rules such as eat food high in carbohydrates, avoid too much sugar and limit salt intake, eat lot of fruit and vegetable. We eat in order that we live, we do not live to eat. Fast food is the single biggest cause for making people unhealthy or unfit. The whole problem is that fast food seems tastier than the normal, proper healthy food. Promises, resolutions are hard to keep when temptation is at hand and saliva is literally dripping in your mouth.

    Secondly, a healthy life is an active life. A modern life with car, motor, elevator make human become lazy. That is the reason why people nowadays get many diseases more than their ancient. Lack of physical exercises can cause tiredness, and poor general health. Playing some sport or physical fitness like badminton, running, walking, tennis, swimming, volleyball, soccer, riding, and so on is necessary for good health.     Nowadays, so many people do something to be healthy. Some people prefer to prepare healthy food, however, other like to be active in sport. Another group of people is those who think that if you want to be in a good shape you need to rest in the countryside, breathe the fresh air and abstract from people. In my opinion, all these opinions are correct and people should follow them definitely. I am inclined to believe that the best way to stay healthy is jogging. Now I am going to explain why I think that.
    First of all, I exercise a lot. This means that every morning I go to the gym or swimming pool in my building. At the gym I like to use treadmill and steppers, because they keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. Furthermore, it helps me whenever I play basketball with my friends on weekends because I am always fresh and fit. On the other hand, probably one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. All of this has helped me throughout my life in numerous occasions. For example, I have never experienced sport injury in my life, and I believe that a lot of exercise was the crucial factor in that.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism.     Health is must to enjoy the life to the fullest. For me it's even more necessary. Because I believe fittness is key to sucess for a physcial therapist. For staying healthy I do three things first of all starting my day with meditation and light yoga, preperaing my own well balance diet and jogging for half an hour in the evening.
    Being a physical therapist I have leared proper techincs of yoga and meditation. I also know the advantages of it. In the early morning, starting with "pranayam" I enjoy the fresh oxygen. Slowly with light yoga aasanas like "bhramari asana" I stimulate my brain and body. With some other poses like "surya nameskar " and "pawan mukat aasana" I get flexibility and strength for the body to resist whole day exertion. After that I finish it with "shav aasana" which relaxes the body.After the yoga, I fell very fresh and more energy.
    Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you. As we work with patients to improve their diet, we continue to be amazed at how few people eat breakfast. Most either skip it entirely, or drink coffee and eat sugary pastries instead. A healthy breakfast is the cornerstone of a good diet. It is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit. The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee. Studies have shown, for example, that people can lower their cholesterol by eating breakfast. This is due to several factors. Breakfasts tend to be high in fiber (fruit, oatmeal, whole grain cereals) which absorb cholesterol in the intestines for removal from the body. More importantly, however, when we skip breakfast, our bodies go for 10-16 hours with no outside source of energy. Our chemistry begins to shift to a mode of starvation, which increases appetite and changes how our bodies regulate blood sugar.     In my country we say that health is the most important "property". Therefore, we must follow many rules for healthy life. In the following part of this essay I will expose my opinion about some things which improve our state of health. I think that they are several important things - sport activities, good diet, less smoking and drinking. Also, if we want to stay healthy, we must decrease stress factors.

    Firstly, movement is the core of human nature. We know that our ancestors had been hunters and farmers. Also, they had been gathered fruits and vegetables. These activities are related with many physical activities. Nowadays, many professions are related with sedentary work conditions. Dressmakers, for instance, spend a lot of time on the chair close to the sewing machine. As a result many people acquire overweight, which is serious disease.

    However, professions, which are related with sedentary work conditions, are not problems for the people which keep healthy diet. Our body needs a lot of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, vegetables and fruits are necessity for the human body. However, many people eat foods, which are rich of carbohydrates and insufficient to vitamins and minerals. I think that right diet is related to good health condition.

    Although, sport activities and right diet are very important things, they are insufficient for the good health. Smoking, drinking and drugs are enemy number one against good health. These substances destroy many important human organs. Smoking, for instance, harms lungs and teeth. I think that if we want to keep good health, there is one easy way - give up smoking.

    Nowadays, stress is problem number one in many countries. According to scientists, stress causes cancer and psychical diseases. There are several ways to cure stress symptoms. Nature is one of the best soothers of stress. Taking a quiet walk in a park or watching a beautiful sunset can do wonders. Even reminiscing about such a scene from your past, or simply imagining one, allows your stress level to drop.

    In conclusion, I think that things, which are exposed above, are sufficient for good health. Nowadays, it's not very easy to observe this rules but I try to do that. I believe that these simple things are enough for good health.

    Fortunately, most of the people are born healthy but the main task is to be able to take care of the health which we have gained by the nature.
    In the country where I live now people are having healthcare activities and they are being taught beginning from young age in order to have habits of healthcare. Sports activities are widely used in schools. Children in early age learn to do exercises and having fun playing team games like football, volleyball. It also helps them in future to avoid harmful habits like smoking, alcohols and weak nutrition. Physical education is also inseparable part of university studying program.
    For adult people we have suitable jogging places and many stadiums. There are also a lot of swimming pools for people who do not like jogging. And they widely use these priorities for their health care ambitions.
    Another part of healthcare process is to have good healthy food and diet. People have access to a wide system of information by the means of internet, TV, magazine where they easily find a lot of useful articles about the diet and healthcare. Most of the people also prefer food and products which are cultivated in more natural condition and look healthy.
    Everybody here at least is willing to have pretty a good rest at the weekends spending time with family and friends it seems to help avoid stress after hard working week.
    For conclusion, I would say that every person is free to choose his life style whether to be health or not but like in other countries in the country where I live now it is clearly defined that supporting people in healthcare education and means leads only for social benefits and only healthy people can create health and strong community.

Only you are responsible for your health. Only you can heal you. Although everything in your life has an impact on you, and so your health, there are four main areas that affect you more than others.
    First of all, I exercise a lot. This means that every morning I go to the gym or swimming pool in my building. At the gym I like to use treadmill and steppers, because they keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. Furthermore, it helps me whenever I play basketball with my friends on weekends because I am always fresh and fit. On the other hand, probably one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. All of this has helped me throughout my life in numerous occasions. For example, I have never experienced sport injury in my life, and I believe that a lot of exercise was the crucial factor in that.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism. Furthermore, scientists argue that water helps our brain, and for me health means that I have to take care not only about my body but also about my brain. For example, for this reason, I drink a lot of water and enjoy in solving different puzzles. This keeps my brain healthy and my tongue witty and sharp.

  65. Nowadays, bad air, water pollution and global warming are affecting our health. Overwork and work pressure also bring a lot of stress to employee. For those above reasons, our health is being compromised. I strongly believe that in order to stay healthy, we should get exercise regularly, have a healthy diet and try to relax more often.

    Getting exercise everyday is good for our health. Jogging, walking, swimming is things that strengthen our muscles and make us stronger. When we have good a workout, it brings us a lot of energy to take care of our daily activities. Especially, it forces our heart to operate well because it keeps our heart rate up and blood sugar down. Decreasing cholesterol and improving blood circulation are is good for your body. In addition, we can lose weight and maintain a good shape when we play sports or enjoy outdoor activities. Hence, it is very important to do exercise to live longer and healthier.

    Second of all, we need to take notice of healthy diet. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables provides our body a variety of necessary vitamins. For example, vitamin A in carrot sharpens our eyes, makes them brighter and clearer. Or vitamin E in grape makes our skin smooth. And vitamin C in lemon or orange is for anti flu virus. Also, we need to use less fat, salt, sugar in our daily meals to prevent us from heart disease, high blood, diabetes. Therefore, we need to add enough vitamins to stay healthy.

    Illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure can be prevented or controlled by eating right amount of food by following the food pyramid. Getting the nutrients you need, such as calcium and iron, and keeping your weight under control can help us to maintain our healthy.

    Exercise can help prevent at least six diseases: heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity (excess weight), diabetes, and osteoporosis. Choose something that fits into your daily life, such as walking, gardening, raking leaves, or even washing windows is example of exercise that we can do to maintain our healthy and burn our calories. Exercise also will help feel better and stay at a healthy weight.

    Drinking water is one of good way to maintain a good health, water can clean the organism. My lecturer also tell me that drinking the water can maintain our brain fresh and make us not sleepy in the class, it make me focus on my studies every day. When I drink a lot of water, my brain healthy, my tongue witty and sharp.

    For those who already got a diseases liked diabetic mellitus, renal failure and hypertension, there usually got a medication supply from the hospital. In that case, they should take the medication as prescribed by doctor and continue taking it till the doctor had told to do so. Plus, they should see the doctor on time for the follow up. This can help in control and maintain their healthy and to check their healthy status.

    Besides that, some people also can take any supplement liked Vitamin C to stay and maintain health. For those who believed in some herbs also can take as long as it is proven by the Ministry Of Health and is legal to be taken.

    Have a lot tips and ways to ensure we free from disease such as from nutritional sides. As we know, the older people a in high risk to get a lot of disease such as hypertension, diabetics, heart attacks. To ensure we free to get from get this disease we must always take the healthy diet such as taking food with low content of salt it because a consumption of salt in our blood can cause our disruption toward our circulation of blood in the body and we will get the disease likes hypertension.

    Beside that, we also must take low fat such as meet, margarine, nuts and chickens. The consumption a lot of fat can because people get heart attack because fat can remains at our nerve, we can get loss oxygen, and as automatically we can get heart attack. We can take a fat but in low quantities. Taking a lot of sugar in water or food such as bicarbonate water or sweet can make us suffer to get a diabetic.

In my opinion, all these opinions are correct and people should follow them definitely. I am inclined to believe that the best way to stay healthy is jogging. Now I am going to explain why I think that.

    First of all, jogging is a basic element of any sport. If you want to succeed in sport, first you have to be a good runner. Jogging trains your physical endurance. For instance, when you start to jog you will probably not be able to run for a long time for a long distance. Then, you will find it easier and you will manage your running better. When you heart and muscles will be more powerful, you will gradually improve your capability to run. Thereby our health is getting better and stronger.

    Another reason is more critical for me. It is stress control. Today people are living under a great stress, so jogging can be a good method to direct our energy to the right way. It will help to predict many mental diseases and stay healthy in spite of all current problems. For example, my grandfather used to run every day for about 20 years. Therefore, his health is very strong now and he feels like he is 20 years old.

    Furthermore, take a well balanced diet are very important to maintain good health. It also can prevent us from major diseases such as hypertension, diabetic, renal failure, obesity and many more. So, it is important for us to take a well balanced diet according to food pyramid, eat small meal but frequent, always eat fruits and vegetables more and many more.

    So, for the above mentioned reasons I would certainly prefer jogging to stay healthy and I would advise to everyone to follow my method. Many things that we can do to maintain healthy it is depends on individual how to maintain healthy.

  73. Our health is the only thing we really have in the world. We can be taken away our money, clothes or houses we still survive: however, without health, we can not be in existence. Therefore, some people hold opinion that we should do sports, have good diet, and use preventative medicine to get healthier. Others, however, believe that having a normal life is the best way to achieve a healthy and fit body. Personally, I definitely agree with the former. In the following paragraphs, I will give my reasons to support my point of view.
    To begin with, in modern society, we are becoming busier for our jobs; therefore, we should try to play sports to contribute to a healthier, fitter body. Nowadays, most work requires people with some certain skills; hence, during office time, we work with our brains mainly, our bodies may not move enough as we used to before with manual work. And of course, only with equal both physical and metal can bring our good health. When we do exercises in the gym or play sports in sport center, our bodies have to move a lot. So, we can burn energy, it makes us stronger and helps us to equal them. For example, 2 months ago, I used to play computer games after work; thus, my health was not often in good condition
    However, after then instead of playing computer games, I went to gym to do exercises, and now I feel much better. In addition, we should care about our diet. With development of technology, there are not only more types of a certain kind of food, but also many others created and they make our lives more convenient. Nevertheless, pre-processed or cooked foods often contain high fat, sugar which is not good for health. Moreover, people now often go to market and get foods and vegetable for whole week; consequently, they are alleviated freshness, quality as they are.
    However, other people believe that getting a normal life is the best way to become healthier and fitter. It would be right if they were living in the eighteenth century. They forget that we are living in 21th century, it is really different: lifestyles, foods, work, and environment. It is wrong when they bring the things in past to apply in the modern world.

    In conclusion, I strongly believe that to possess a healthier and fitter body we should play sports, do exercises and have a suitable diet.

  74. Since time immemorial, people have been trying to do different things in order to stay healthy. Ancient cultures like Sumerians or Greeks used to study the medicine and practice sports, and Romans were famous for enjoying in water in their baths and spas. Keeping in this train of thought, I would say that I am trying to keep my body healthy using all good experiences of our ancestry.

    First of all, I exercise a lot. This means that every morning I go to the gym or swimming pool in my building. At the gym I like to use treadmill and steppers, because they keep my stamina and endurance in a good condition. Furthermore, it helps me whenever I play basketball with my friends on weekends because I am always fresh and fit. On the other hand, probably one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. All of this has helped me throughout my life in numerous occasions. For example, I have never experienced sport injury in my life, and I believe that a lot of exercise was the crucial factor in that.

    Secondly, in order to keep my body healthy, I drink a lot of water. It is believed that water can clean the organism. Furthermore, scientists argue that water helps our brain, and for me health means that I have to take care not only about my body but also about my brain. For example, for this reason, I drink a lot of water and enjoy in solving different puzzles. This keeps my brain healthy and my tongue witty and sharp.

    Finally, whenever I can I visit a doctor, because prevention is of the utmost importance if we want to stay healthy and prevent further complications. I believe that what we do, in order to stay healthy, sometimes is not enough. Of course that organic food is important, and that exercise can help us, but even then our health can be affected from to us unknown reasons. For instance, couple of years ago, my friend who lives healthy life during one visit to his doctor found out that he had a skin cancer from overexposure to the Sun. Today, after surgery, he feels well but without visiting the doctor this could get more complicated.

    In conclusion, I strongly believe that we have a lot of good possibilities at our disposal in order to stay healthy. We can eat healthy food, we can relax or exercise, and, above all, we can visit our doctors, from time to time, just to check our condition. I am trying to use them all and it helps to both; my body and my soul.

So we need to take seriously to our important organ so that we able to get the healthy body. Disease can come without we know, they can came any time if not care yourself.
    To help maintain our health, we need to do physical exercise regularly. Three times per weeks should be okay. Exercise also needs to depend on our body health to prevent any injury or health problem. Exercise actually give our self maintain the fluid in the body. It is because if we sweet, our toxic from the body will come out so that our organ in the body will do their work smoothly. Other than that, stop smoking is the best way to maintain our healthy. I also practiced on intake a cup of milk per day for strong my bone. While fruits and vegetable I take each of meals to have a good of bowel and have a beautiful of skin textures. So even when i already old follow the age but when looking my face and skin, its showed that I’m look young.
    I also was practising a good of feeling for soul. Soul needs a freedom, peace, green environment and happy lifestyle. Don’t ever to have a stressful lifestyle; it will make us in trouble by introducing the sickness, mostly heart attack. Laugh and smile will make us happy and relax while can release our stressful.
    Physical exercise also can help us by doing it every week for 30 minutes. There are a lot of type exercises that can be done follow by our body ability. This one's a no-brainer. When we’r engages in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories can burn while it’s to keep our weight under control. Don’t even need to set aside major chunks of time for working out. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk during your lunch break. Do jumping jacks during commercials. Better yet, turn off the TV and take a brisk walk. Dedicated workouts are great, but physical activity accumulate throughout the day helps us burn calories, too.

  77. Health is must to enjoy the life to the fullest. For me it's even more necessary. Because I believe fittness is key to sucess for a physcial therapist. For staying healthy I do three things first of all starting my day with meditation and light yoga; preperaing my own healthy food and; jogging for half an hour in the evening.

    Being a physical therapist I have leared proper techincs of yoga and meditation. I also know the advantages of it. In the early morning, starting with "pranayam" I enjoy the fresh oxygen. Slowly with light yoga aasanas like "bhramari asana" I stimulate my brain and body. With some other poses like "surya nameskar " and "pawan mukat aasana" I get flexibility and strength for the body to resist whole day exertion. After that I finish it with "shav aasana" which relaxes the body.

    Food is also very important for good health. I prepare my meals by myself. I try to make it completly filled with all the required nutrients. Lot of salad and fruits are always part of my diet. I believe it is also necessary to eat hygenic food. For that home made food is the right choice.

    Thirdly and most importantly, jogging for half an hour is a routine for me. After I am back home, I want to get relaxation and need fresh air. For that I love to jog. Advantages of it need no discribtion. I jog for half an hr and after that 5 mins of cool down. I love to spend time near my park, watching small children playing.

    I do these three things religiousely to keep myself upto the mark in my personal and professional life.

    People do many different things to stay healthy because they know the important to have a healthy body. For me, it is important to take balance diet, exercise, drink more plain water, take care of hygienic and have the healthy life style such as avoid smoking. We should take care of our healthy to avoid from get the chronic disease such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension and cardiac failure. I will elaborate further why of these are important.
    Firstly, I like to care of my diet by practise eat balanced diet follow by the food pyramid. Then, I will make sure to take more in carbohydrate, vitamin c and protein to provide energy in our body. The example of the carbohydrate is potatoes, rice and bread. then take the vitamin c such as fruits and vegetables. The protein is such as the bean, chicken without skin and fish. By the way, the food that should take little is fat, fried food and junk food. In instance, I also will reduce take salt in my diet to avoid develop hypertension.
    Secondly, beside we take care of food, I’m also doing exercise 20 minutes three times every week. Exercise is important because to burns the fat naturally and to maintain our body shape to keep slim and beautiful. Then, if I’m not able to do exercise, I will use the other method such as by use the staircase. It is important to maintain our stamina to healthy.
    Other than that, I’m will make sure to take 8 glasses of plain water every day .The purpose we should take plain water is to flushed the toxin in our body and to balance fluid intake and urine output. Rather than that, we are encouraged to take plain water to maintain our blood pressure, to regulate our body temperature and to rehydrate the fluid loss through sweating, respiration and urine excretion.
    Beside that, I’m also taking care of body hygienic especially my hand. I will take bath frequently and make sure to practise hand washing after out from toilet, before and after touch the food. Practise hand washing is important to avoid the infectious disease such as typhoid, and acute gastritis entered. We also care of hygienic to avoid the body from smelly.
    Finally, we should practise the healthy life style by avoid taking alcohol, avoid smoking and prevent from do the sex’s intercourse before married. This all kind activities can expose us to get hepatitis B, AIDS and HIV. So, we should to take care of our healthy to avoid get chronic disease. The prevention is better than cure.

    To do these activities has many beneficial. Once we left, it can affect our body self image such as having obesity and our body become weak. Our body needs some activity to do because it can make our circulation become smooth and disease cannot enter in our life.

    Firstly, to stay healthy it has many beneficial such as it can give our digestion smoothly and it can make our looks younger than the actual age. It is because, when digestions have no problem, it can show on our image and not disturb the body system. Not only that, we also can maintain body weight by having exercise everyday within twenty minute. For an example, if every day we exercise, it can make our metabolism increase and when we eat, eat a lot of vegetables because it has many vitamins inside.

    Then, it can have a good lifestyle. It is because, when we do something that can make our body to have some discipline to follow. The important thing to maintain the healthy is the diet, exercises and also healthy life style.
    First of all, we need to cares about our diet. That is because the diet is the food that we eat. The food that we eat contains the nutrient that will into our body to maintain our healthy. The food must provide enough nutrients that we need in our body .so that, to make sure that the nutrient is enough we need to eat follow by the food pyramid. In the food pyramid we need at least two to three portions a day of the vegetables. The fruits we need also at least two to three portion a days. The carbohydrate is important in the daily meal that we need eat in every time of meal. We also must eat less in fats, sugar, salt and alcohols. The most things in the diet we must eat a lot of water at least two to three litres per days. This diet can maintain and stay in good health.
    Furthermore, exercise is also important to maintain our healthy. We should at least to practice any light exercise for only thirty minutes for everyday to stay healthy. The example of the light exercise is aerobic exercise. We also can cycling of swimming if we like to because it is also the type of exercise. The exercise is important to stay healthy because when we do a lot of exercise it will make our heart to pump a lot of blood toward every place in the body. Even though when we are walking to go to work that is at least we walk in thirty minutes, it is also can make the heart pump a lot of blood.
    Last but not list, we need to practice a healthy life style such as avoid smoking and also alcoholic. Smoking is the danger attitudes if we practices that way. The healthy life style is such as practice the diet, exercise and maintain in healthy life style can make s us to stay in the healthy.

That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life. Eating healthfully is important to maintain one’s health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount o f animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces of fish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fibre and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process.
    Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy.
    Friends are an important part of one’s health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don’t. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone. By eating properly and exercise regularly, I can keep my body at an appropriate weight and can maintain my health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.     Life is a big value given from god to everybody. So we have to appreciate what have being given to us. The ways how to appreciate it like have a good lifestyle and get healthy. To live in a healthy lifestyle means that to be aware of the choice that you make and the things you do. It must be good for the entire of body. It will reduce from getting a dangerous disease such obesity, diabetes and heart attack also high blood pressure.

    The important thing that I have to beware is my eating habits such as what type of food and the amount of food that I have taken for a day. Reducing in taken of oily food and take more in vegetables and fruits. It is better to take steam or grill food because this can prevent from losing the natural and minerals in the food content. This type of cooking also keeps the calories in low level which is good for well balance diet.

    Reduce in taking of soda, coffee and tea. This is because the content in the water is not really good for our body. Such as soda content high level in sugar and calories. Plain water is recommended because it is good to drink and no side effect will be get if drink the plain water and encourage to drink 8 glasses a day.

    Exercise is the really important activity that has to be done in our daily life. I included it in my daily regimen if I want to maintain healthy lifestyle. Simple exercise such as walking, jogging and cycling can be a great ways to start. Any form of exercise that will increase blood to the heart and increase oxygen to the body and vital organs will help to keep me working at my optimum-and full of vitality and strength.

    Personal hygiene also the way that can get a healthy lifestyle. I practice the correct way how to do hand washing and do it frequently to prevent from transmission of microorganism. Use clean cloth and exchange cloth everyday also encourage preventing from getting any infection. Take bath at least 3 times a day.

I think that they are several important things such as sport activities, good diet, less smoking and drinking. Also, if we want to stay healthy, we must decrease stress factors.

    Firstly, movement is the core of human nature. We know that our ancestors had been hunters and farmers. Also, they had been gathered fruits and vegetables. These activities are related with many physical activities. Nowadays, many professions are related with sedentary work conditions. Dressmakers, for instance, spend a lot of time on the chair close to the sewing machine. As a result many people acquire overweight, which is serious disease.

    However, professions, which are related with sedentary work conditions, are not problems for the people which keep healthy diet. Our body needs a lot of vitamins and minerals. Therefore, vegetables and fruits are necessity for the human body. However, many people eat foods, which are rich of carbohydrates and insufficient to vitamins and minerals. I think that right diet is related to good health condition.

    Although, sport activities and right diet are very important things, they are insufficient for the good health. Smoking, drinking and drugs are enemy number one against good health. These substances destroy many important human organs. Smoking, for instance, harms lungs and teeth. I think that if we want to keep good health, there is one easy way - give up smoking.

Even reminiscing about such a scene from your past, or simply imagining one, allows your stress level to drop.

    In conclusion, I think that things, which are exposed above, are sufficient for good health. Nowadays, it's not very easy to observe this rules but I try to do that. I believe that these simple things are enough for good health.

  87. People do many different things to stay healthy. It is obvious that people in this modern century are getting more concern about living a healthy lifestyle. Exercise, good diet, and meditation are some of the things that people do in their effort to stay healthy. Different people might choose different ways to stay healthy and I myself have my own ways to live healthy.


    In general, the main predisposing factor for occurrence of diseases is stress. Stress can be defined as pressure or worry caused by the problems in our daily living. Many problems in our life can lead us to feel stress such as the workload in office, homework from lecturers, pressure from our superior, or even from our relationship with our partner or family. I would definitely tackle this main factor if I want to keep myself in good state of health. Usually when dealing with stress, I will distract my mind from thinking about my problems by thinking all the things that I like. I will imagine myself to be in a happy moment in a beautiful and wonderful environment with all my beloved family and friends around me. In that way, I can cope with my stresses easily and effectively. Even if it is not working all the time, we must try to do anything that will flush the stresses out of our mind because stresses do can harm us physiologically and mentally. Living a free stress life is my ultimate target in my life.


    Human body basically needs sufficient nutrition for maintaining healthy cells and energy. As for that reason, I always try to maintain a well balanced diet daily by having a good breakfast every morning and enough meal for my lunch. For dinner, I might just have a milk or milo with a few slices of bread. Besides diet, exercise is also important to me. Doing a simple exercise such as walking for twenty minutes three times a week can really benefit our cardiovascular system by enhances our blood circulation. A good blood circulation will definitely deliver sufficient nutrient and oxygen to the cells throughout our body. Healthy cells will develop our immune system which will prevent us from easily get infected by any infectious microorganism.


    Having a good rest is also one of my ways to stay healthy. Six to eight hours of sleep a day is important for human’s body to re-charge its energy. Thus I will go to bed around ten to eleven o’clock at night and wake up early in the morning. I am pretty sure that other people might have a better ways to stay healthy in their lives but my ways is neither wrong. Remember that good things or practices in the way we maintain our health can lead us to enjoy a happy and healthy life.
