Some people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Other people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Which opinion do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

  1. Today, many schools are considering to preparing enough time for physical exercise to students. However, some people say that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. In my opinion, I believe that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day because of three following reasons.

    For the first reason, the health is very important to the studying. This is because the person who usually gets sick encounters many difficulties in studying. For example, he must absent many sessions at school when he suddenly catches a disease. Then he must try more to keep pace with other students. Moreover, he is not easy to focus on his studying without healthy spirit which is only possessed by a healthy person. So, doing physical exercise is a useful tool to the studying.

    Furthermore, the health brings happiness to people. We can get a person who is talented but easily get ill as an example. He is good at all academic subjects but does he feel happy? I sure that he has not been comfortable when his family always spent a large amount of money to treat his and he always is painful with his own disease. Conversely, a student who is good enough in his school and has a good healthy almost does not any concern in his life.

    Finally, physical exercise does not take much time as many people think it does. I have ever seen many persons, such as my friends and brother, complained that doing physical exercise took their time so much that they did not have enough time to do other things. But, in fact, we only need one hour to do daily morning exercise to have the good health. Instead of sleeping in interval between five and six o’clock, we should wake up and take an exercise in this time. In addition, we can regard physical exercise for five minutes as a relaxing thing when we feel tired.

    In summary, physical exercise is important for student because it contributes an important part to the studying of students, to bring happiness to people and does not take much time. Hopefully, the importance of doing physical exercise will be emphasized in all of schools in near future.

However, some people think it is not essential to have such a period and it wastes time which students have for studying. I strongly disagree with this argument as there are a lot of advantages that a student can get by doing physical exercise every day.

    Although some people believe that students should spend the whole day on academic studies, I nevertheless believe that physical exercise is a crucial part of every school day. Exercise is good not only for having a good health body, but also for the mind. In addition, including exercise in children's daily routine, it is a good way to teach them the importance of physical activity from an early age.

    Daily exercise will help also to develop children's brain function. It is well known how important it is to exercise regularly to help the body system to work better. When people exercise, the respiratory system's function is enhanced, helping all organs, including the brain, to get more oxygen in. Daily exercise will provide children with a mental break which will boost them to be efficient learners.

    Moreover, by refreshing doing a physical exercise before work, they might feel better and easy when studying. Normally Students come to the school in the morning in a sleepy manner. After doing physical exercise they look active and energetic. This activeness lead them to do other activities like reading, writing, dancing, speaking or debating in the school more successfully. They show a big difference in enrolling activities, after exercise.

    No doubt studies are very important and one need to put a lot of effort but physical exercise plays an important role in one’s life. “health is wealth" is a very famous saying which emphasizes on the fact that if one is in good health only then one can put efforts in other activities. Even new researches have shown that students who do regular physical exercise can concentrate more on studies and thus show better results.

    I feel that there should be a games period in every school so that students can relax during that time and can feel free from the burden. This would further enhance their growth in academics as well as extracurricular.

    In conclusion, sport is very important for every student. Considered amount of physical exercises as required part of a school day will improve health of nation and raise level of educated state.

    Assignment : Physical activity can boost student performance.

    Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health or wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the "diseases of affluence" such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression, helps to promote or maintain positive self-esteem, and can even augment an individual's sex appeal or body image, which again is also linked with higher levels of self-esteem. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

    Far too often in this age of high stakes testing, physical activity has been sacrificed for academic study. And far too often children have been denied recess if they have not completed all of their academic requirements. I am not minimizing the importance of schools focusing on academic achievement. Obviously, the teaching of academic subjects is a prime function of education. However, when physical education and physical activities are relegated to the equivalent of second class citizenship and when children are deprived of recess, these practices must be questioned by asking, "Do such actions enhance school performance or are they counterproductive, leading to a situation in which students are less likely to learn?" A related question is whether physical activity impacts not only on the academic success of students but on their social-emotional development and behavior as well.

    Your kids get PE class during the school day, but most parents realize that more physical education is needed for their kids' health and well being. Physical activity has many benefits for children in developing physical and mental health, but recent research suggests that it may even help your child learn better. Perhaps we even enhance our child's brain development when we give them opportunities for physical movement learning.

    Going to PE class and recess can be a win-win situation for students. Some short-sighted people thought that cutting back on time spent on physical education to spend more time drilling for tests would improve test scores. But in fact there are a lot of studies that show that more time for PE and other physical activity help improve academic performance. Among the specific findings, recess can improve students' attention and concentration and ability to stay on task.

    Increased time in PE classes can help children's attention and concentration and achievement test scores. Short physical activity breaks of about 5 to 20 minutes in the classroom can improve attention span, classroom behavior and achievement tests scores. Participation in sports teams and physical activity clubs, often organized by the school and run outside of the regular day, can improve grade point average, school attachment, educational aspirations and the likelihood of graduation.

    Regular physical education, included in children's school curricula, produces physical, psychological, and intellectual benefits. Physical education may help prevent degenerative disease, improve overall physical condition, maintain emotional balance, promote a sense of social effectiveness, contribute to academic performance, and establish positive recreation habits. Therefore, physical education must not be considered a curricular frill; rather, it must be supported as an integral part of comprehensive education.

  4. In my opinion, physical exercise should be a required part of every school day, besides academic studies. We all know that health is an important aspect in our lives; therefore, in order to live a healthy life, we need to take care of ourselves and be physically fit at all times. There are many different advantages why physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. To support my reasons, I have named a few.

    First of all, having to study our academic subjects is not a bad thing to do. We all know that studying is very important to us for us to acquire more knowledge in order to be successful in our major and professions we are trying to pursue. However, spending the whole day studying the academics studies is not entirely appropriate because people also have to give importance of our health and being active in some instances. Being able to spend some time at a gym, or playing soccer, baseball, or basketball is a good thing to do. These activities can promote good health and maintain a well balance in our body.

    Secondly, encouraging the school kids to participate in such sport activities can enhance their skills and encourage them to promote a healthy lifestyle and a positive aspect in their lives. Teachers can encourage them to stay out of drugs, cigarettes or tobacco, alcohols and other things that can harm our body. Being athletic or active once in a while can give us maintain a good physical, mental, emotional and spirituals attitude towards life.

    Thirdly, making physical exercise a part of our academic system in schools can keep students motivated. It is something that students can look forward to everyday, not only focusing on their math skills but also giving time to practice their skills in such sport activities like basketball or swimming.

    Lastly, if students will have a good balance of academic studies and a physical exercise as a part of their curriculum activities, students are more likely to succeed; thus, creating a positive attitude towards learning and studying in most schools and universities.

    In conclusion, sport is very important for every student. Considered amount of physical exercises as required part of a school day will improve health of nation and raise level of educated state.

As we all known, exercise important in our daily living in order to stay healthy and maintain good lifestyle. So, we need to practice it since the early age. Student needs to focus on academic studies but beside that they also need to do some physical exercise.

    Physical exercise can help student to practice good lifestyle and stay healthy. As a part of subject at school, they will learn the correct technique for exercise and can have the time to practice it. They will realize the important of physical exercise and practice correct technique of it. So, they will become more active rather than student who always focus on study and not do any exercise. As an example, students who practicing routine exercise will get better result in their examination.

    Besides that, students can show their hidden talent in sports via the physical exercise. Sometimes, they didn’t realize that they have the talent because they never try to do it. By physical exercise, they can practice and improve their talent. Sports also can help students to get better future especially if they are serious in it and involve in sports for the highest level. Sports school also open for student who passing the exam with the flying color.

    Physical exercise also can help student in stress managing. It is important for student as they are exposes to stress due to their studies especially if examination just around the corner. By balancing between exercise and study, they will be smarter as his body system able to function well and stimulate the brain to function well too.

    Physical exercise also can help student to expose and get more closure with their friend in more fun and better way. It can help student to learn some relationship value such as teamwork. They also can get new friend during the exercise and get more closure relationship. Besides that, they can share information, knowledge and idea between each other.

    For the conclusion, physical exercise is required and important in the school as it gives more benefit to students. Besides that it also can help our country to become a healthier country.

School is the best place to encourage people to do exercisers. In deed, It helps to release the stress of students. They are normally studying all the day long. It develops stress in their mind and this stress effects their brain cells if they are overloaded by the studies. Go out the class room for a moment and do exercise helps them to release their stress because exercise keeps their exhausted mind some time away from the lessons.

    Of course, students go to school for learning. They have long time period for their studies at school. Some might think that, the time they have to learn would waste by allocating a period for exercise. When compared to the time they have to study, 10 or 15 minutes exercise period is not considerable and when considering the advantages that student could have, it is worth to have, at least 10 or 15 minutes physical exercise period in the school time schedule.

  7. In today fast moving society we need well rounded individuals. Individuals who have had a vast variety of exposure to various fields in life. To form such well rounded individuals I think that sports and other outdoor activities play a very important role as they act as stress busters, they also help as a form of exercise and help the child to remain fit and active, and most importantly they help the child to forget his worries and enjoy life.

    Many time people are involved in their own life and worries tend to forget about the children, as what tensions they have and face as they go through their day to day lives in schools facing vigorous academic training. A child needs to involve himself in some kind of sport or outdoor activity in order to get his mind of his studies and projects that he would have to finish. Many studies have shown that children who do not involve themselves in any kind of sport tend to shy away from challenges in life as they are scared of the outcome so it is very important for children to play a sport.

    Any kind of outdoor sport or activity as playing soccer or even just playing ball helps the child to expend some energy which in turn leads to weight loss. America is said to have the maximum number of obese children in the world. Obesity is a big problem as it leads to several health problems and also many physiological problems.

    The most important thing of involving sports in a child life is that it acts as a stress buster for the child. When a child is playing he tends to forget all his worries and troubles.

    Therefore I would like to conclude by saying taking physical activity away from a child could lead to some unforeseen and unpleasant individuals.

    Work balanced with play benefits all of society, and this is especially important for youngsters. Children become restless if their school day is not interlaced with periods of stretching, running, playing and other muscle and bone building exercises. As they are learning in their health classes, physical and mental exercising goes together. A well-nourished and wholesome body that is regularly gets physical exercise will be more mentally alive and active.

    The first exercise a youth gets is getting out of bed, getting dressed, eating breaking, walking, or riding the bus, or being driven to school. After a minute or two of some standard form of procedure for starting the day, pledge of allegiance or whatever, possibly a moment of silent prayer, classes start. Of necessity these are not always the same, but when see as a six-hour classroom day, most students will have gotten a mixture of passive and active exercise. This is important.

    Then after a time period of study, a morning breaks. During this time children can, dependent of age levels, do a minimal amount of exercising. Younger children are often outside playing, jumping rope, playing on the jumble gym, or whatever. At this time they are encouraged to go to the toilet, and do whatever other personal needs they may have.

    About fifteen minutes they will have had a much needed mini rest from their serious studies. Their thinking will have improved by this change of pace. Mind and body work together, and when exercise and still, quiet study, is rotated with a few little exercises at regular intervals, the whole process of one's day is more effective. Learning has a better chance of having had made an advance or two. Even a three minute stretch time will relieve a lot of tension.

    At midway through their school day, they will stop for lunch. This is a longer period of time where their bodies will be nourished by food. The time left will be used for interaction with other students and will usually be quite a noisy and an activity filled time. After that, kindergarten and younger children may be offered naps. This is to give their bodies time to relax and refresh themselves.

    An after noon break will also be forthcoming. When an hour, or an hour and a half of study is broken into small sessions of physical exercise regimes, the children are often more ready to study. Some classrooms, in order to better stimulate their children mentally will have a five minute stretch time even during regular learning sessions. These may be offered, especially among younger students, when a class, for some reason, is not settling down to study.

    Instead of putting on their thinking caps and buckling down to classroom work, children may be squirming and preoccupied with other matters than their math, their reading or their story telling. A wise teacher at these time will give them a five minute break to relieve their tensions and to let them know she understand how hard it sometimes is to keep on working and studying.

    Body and mind need to work together harmoniously and when work and play is interspersed during the day, learning becomes easier and more effective. This is the way that it should be.

    As we known, the school at our country is started for physical exercise module. The government also announce to the student to accompany with the sport because this is one of the terms for further their study at IPTA or IPTS. However, other people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. In my opinion, I believe the physical exercise should be a required for every school for the student. It’s after I look out of the healthy and the student behavior such as discipline, punctual and more creative.

    The healthy is very important for the student mind and can avoid from the disease because the body is weak. The student is accompany with their friends and it’s a reason to them for easy to get sick which is encounters many difficulties in studying. The low of immune system also the main causes but if the student is keep on the exercise the risk maybe low. So, the school should be spent the period of study time for the physical exercise to create a healthy student.

    In one hand, the behavior of students can make them more discipline, punctual and more creative because of development of the healthy mind. When the body is healthy, the mind is also can work properly. For that reason, it is proof the physical exercise is influence the student level in studies. The student also can behave them self because the time management is very important in the exercise. This is the way how to manage the students for more discipline and punctual in their life.

    Beside, the students can enjoy with their friends after whole day in the classroom. The physical exercise can release the stress for students after the classroom learning. At least, the student is in fresh condition to continue the studying process for tomorrow and soon. Moreover, our mind is need a rest for a while after we use it for the whole days and the exercise is the best way. So, the school can get the qualities of student when they are in fresh and healthy.

  11. The school environment is always gave encourage to the students to do well in academic studies, at the same time encourage the students to take part in physical exercise. Some people say that physical exercise should required part of every school day. I am agreeing with this statement. Because the school is give some fun to the students for release stress.
    Firstly, every Wednesday in schools have co-curriculum at evening for students. At co-curriculum time the students involve in unit uniform such as ‘PBSM’(Red Cross), Cadet Police and other uniforms. Other than, students are take part in language clubs. It will be increase students talent and help to choose the students for sport competition.
    Other than, out side class activity prevent students from stress. The teachers are take main role to support the students involve in sports. The students are involved in sport competitions and won for school. This will encourage the students who were weak in academic but clever in sport; there also give good name to their school by won on school or state sport competitions. There are, badminton competition, football, running competition and other competitions. It will help the students to become a talented sport man in the future.
    Further more, the schools gave an important part in physical exercise. Such as, we can see now day’s students do camps and stayed at schools for physical activities. These kinds of activities give a different environment to them and there can enjoy the camping or activities with their activities. Other than, from the school schedule we can see the management give limited time to the students to do physical exercise. Especially the physical subject is put as a first subject in schedule. It will prevent students from being laziness and make their mind active. The students also got interested to continue the other subjects.
    As a conclusion, the students are mostly spending their time at school. So, from there the students are learning how to manage their time to physical activity and academic studies. Without the schools encouragement and practice the students cannot involve and active in physical activity and cannot growth as a sport men. So, in my opinion every school give a part to do physical activity.

  12. Physical exercise or physical education is an essential part of children’s education, for so many reasons.

    Exercise helps the body become healthy and fit. The movement coming from physical exertion due to exercise promotes circulation of blood to all parts of the body, thus, enhances the distribution of nutrients from different parts of the body and also it promotes oxygenation of the cells and burning of unwanted fats resulting to vigor and stamina. Also, exercise help prevent diseases and sickness like, heart attack, lung diseases and obesity.

    Furthermore, exercise develops camaraderie and sportsmanship among student. This is specially when they play as a team. Students are able to identify their worth in a team and are able to develop their ability to work with a team to be able to reach their common goal that is to defeat their opponent and come out victorious. They develop friendship with various people because they get to play with other people most of the time, thus, improving the social aspect of their personality. Students become extrovert and active as I observed if they continuously join sports and other form of exercises.

    Lastly, This is a good investment in their personality, as they grow up because exercise and sports teach them to become disciplined, patient and friendly. Most of all they become result oriented with their work as they see to it that they persevere in every field that they get into. When they grow up to be come matured individuals, it will not be hard for them to deal with other people and they will always see to it that they put their hearts and minds in everything that they do, as what they have learned in sports while they were still young.

    While it is true that academic subjects should be put into priority, I still believe that physical exercise in school should be given the same importance, because it helps develop the emotional, social and physical aspect of a student, preparing him to become a great individual in the future.

Some of them think that it is not necessary for the students and according to them students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. In my opinion, physical exercises should be a required part of the school days.

    First of all, physical exercises make students fresh both mentally and physically. They are not able to study all the time without taking a break. While they are studying, the students should have a concentration. They have to consume their energies. Children with school ages need to consume their energies than the elders. Therefore it is necessary for the children to fresh their mind and consume their over energies.

    Physical exercises should be part of our life whether how we are old. Sports are the main part of human’s healthy life. It helps to relax and reduce the stress. All the students during their school life have to face lots of exams, homework, projects, etc. They spend their education life in a deep stresses. That’s why the physical exercises are very important for the student to get ride of their stress.

    Unfortunately fast food became a very common especially for the children. They prefer eating fast foods than homemade cooks. So it makes obesity problem. Because of that reason, not to face with obesity problem students should do physical exercise. These exercises are not only gymnastic exercises but also students can run, play football, tennis, soccer, etc. sports are very important for our healthy life. We are expecting to the students would get a successful carrier. To be successful, students needs to fresh mind and healthy body.
    Physical exercise is very important for all of us. It has a lot of benefits like it makes our body healthy by releasing all the toxins that we have. Aside from that, it makes everyone of us feeling very strong because it facilitates in the release of our internal energy. It is also very helpful in releasing the stress that we have thereby making us more relax and more concentrated on the things or activities that we will do. Most importantly physical exercise helps us to have a better understanding of our body which helps in making us confident and feel good about it.
    Because of these benefits I believe that physical exercise should be part of not only everyday school but for everyday life. It really helps us in our everyday performance. So, everyone should realize its importance and should start having physical exercise.

    Some people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Other people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Which opinion do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
    When I was in primary school a few years ago I was quite active in sports and games. I was the B division long jump champion and an above average sprinter. So I was chosen to represent the school in long jump and relay in the District Sport Meet.
    The meet was held over two days. On the first day I did not have any event on. So I busied myself watching the others compete. As kids we were not allowed to go near the VIP pavilion so I had to watch the proceedings from afar.
    The young competitors were provided with large tents opposite the VIP pavilion on the other side of the track. My school team were assigned the last tent that was furthest from the track. It was just our luck but we made the best use of what we had.
    On the second day, I prepared for my events. The long jump was scheduled early in the afternoon followed by the 8 x 50 m relay later on.
    I reckoned I was a pretty good jumper but as the competition got under way I realised that I was far outclassed. I manage 3.65 m which was not too bad. Then along came a typhoon that jumped well over 4 m! That was quite an achievement for a boy of ten. The fact that he was wearing spikes did not make things easier for the other competitors. We completed our jumps and I was edged to fourth place, just missing a medal.
    That was disappointment but I told myself that we still had a chance in the 8 x 50 m relay. I was put to run the fifth leg.
    The time came for the race. We trooped to our respective positions and got ready for the race. After a tense minute or so, I heard the starter’s gun go off. The first runners started running. I watched with bated breath as my team runners kept up a good pace with the others. As they neared me I judged that we were in the second position at the least.
    My turn came. I collected the baton cleanly and started my run. The air rushed past me as I made good progress towards the next runner. Then tragedy struck! From out of nowhere I saw a boy run across the track into my path. It happened so quickly that I could not avoid him. Being young and agile I was able to pick myself up quickly and continued the race. But the collision lost us precious time. When I passed the baton to the next runner, I knew all was lost. He ran with all his might but it was too late. We had lost our chance for a medal.

    We were young at the time and did not know how to protest. So we just assumed that it was bad luck. I, for one, really felt bad for letting the team down, but what done was done and we had to take it. So I finished the meet empty handed. It had been an eventful day for me although not very rewarding. Anyhow I learned about failure and success and how to handle them. For the lessons I am grateful.
    Lastly, students should spend the whole school day on academic studies and physical exercise very important.

As studies have shown that the rate of obesity in children has increased every year, it will be very beneficial for children to have a daily physical activity and get a break from being sitting several hours at school. In addition, exercise will help them to not be less exposed to illness related with cardiovascular, higher blood and cholesterol issues.

    Daily exercise will help also to develop children's brain function. It is well known how important it is to exercise regularly to help the body system to work better. When people exercise, the respiratory system's function is enhanced, helping all organs, including the brain, to get more oxygen in. Some hold the opinion that schools should be concentrated on academic studies, while the others accent that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Personally, I agree with the last opinion and want to bring a list reasons why I think physical exercises should be organized on everyday basis.


    Sport is a very important part of our life. Exercises help us to relax and reduce amount of stress that is thrown down on us everyday. Not all the parents devote sport enough attention. Many of them prefer that their children study music and art then attend soccer of tennis classes. Besides, school day is very long and plenty of homework every day does not give children opportunity to do any exercises. One can tell that there are brakes between lessons, when children can run a little, but many students continue to sit and read books or play table games. They need to be organized to take part in sports

    Sport plays a main role in supporting human’s health. Luck of fresh air, when children sit in classes for hours and breath of millions of bacteria cannot give any good, but flu. It is a pity to observe how children, whose nature is to run and jump around, sit at their tables, bending their backs. Their internal organs stay in the irregular position for a long time what is cause bad work of digestive system and gastritis. The other possible outcome is scoliosis, what is stimulate back aches and of course, unpretty look. We should not forget that in our society appearance have a important role in success. It took from me a lot of special exercises during school years and yoga classes after that, to improve my back. Long academic studies harm children’s vision, have led to result that half of the students in my class were wearing glasses. I have my eyesight decreased from 100 to 90 percent to the seventh grade. Hopefully, it was improved after my graduation. We should not forget about obesity, which is become frequent today. Luck of physical exercises does not improve that problem, but make it worse. Person was used to not having enough exercises at the childhood, and growing older does not have habits for exercises, conducting the sitting manner of life, what lead to many deceases.

    No one can argue that good health support better study. Tired brain is unable to absorb more information. Each person need to change activity and it frequency depends of the age. Younger students required these changes more often. Our body have it’s own biorhythms. There are certain hours when brain does not work properly and intellectual activity decreased. It will be useless spending of time to study during these recessions. Besides, during certain days of the week tiredness accumulates and affects academic study not in a better way. Periods of intellectual recessions correspond with periods of physical raisings and represent a perfect time for exercises. Taking into account these periods will improve education process by mixing traditional classes with sport activities in the correct proportion and at the better time.

First of all, to maintain physical fitness of students, secondly, to promote sportsmanship and camaraderie among students and lastly to create a more disciplined behaviour of the students.

    Exercise helps the body become healthy and fit. The movement coming from physical exertion due to exercise promotes circulation of blood to all parts of the body, thus, enhances the distribution of nutrients from different parts of the body and also it promotes oxygenation of the cells and burning of unwanted fats resulting to vigour and stamina. Also, exercise help prevent diseases and sickness like, heart attack, lung diseases and obesity.

    Furthermore, exercise develops camaraderie and sportsmanship among student. This is especially when they play as a team. Students are able to identify their worth in a team and are able to develop their ability to work with a team to be able to reach their common goal that is to defeat their opponent and come out victorious. They develop friendship with various people because they get to play with other people most of the time, thus, improving the social aspect of their personality. Students become extrovert and active as I observed if they continuously join sports and other form of exercises.

    Lastly, this is a good investment in their personality, as they grow up because exercise and sports teach them to become disciplined, patient and friendly. Most of all they become result oriented with their work as they see to it that they persevere in every field that they get into. Admittedly, these are tough financial times and in many schools, budgets must be slashed to continue operating at all. However, experts are learning that physical activity throughout the school day is crucial to good brain function, and here in lays the dilemma. Our children need a good balance of physical activity and classroom study.

    Physical activity guidelines recommended by the government indicate that students - children and teens - should be doing an hour or more of moderate-intensity to vigorous activity a day. At least 30 minutes, or about half the daily physical activity should be done during the school day.

    Physical activity breaks, such as recess, improve attention and concentration, enhancing the ability to "stay on task." Physical classes help attention, concentration, and achievement test scores. Breaks, however brief - perhaps 5 to 20 minutes in each class, can "improve attention span, classroom behavior, and achievement test scores." I was strongly agreed that the school should include the physical activity in their part of the day school. The physical exercise can be done at least for 15 minute or maybe for half an hour.

    Unfortunately fast foods have become a very common especially for the children. They prefer eating fast foods than homemade cooks that often make obesity problem. Not to face with obesity problem, it becomes necessary for students to take physical exercise. Playing games such football, handball, basketball help to burn extra calories and to control the body weight which usually leads to many heath problems like high blood pressure, diabetics etc. in game of foot nerves become steady and every becomes quick by keenly watching the objects. In short, exercise has countless benefit for the person who takes them.

    In addition, School is the best place to encourage people to do exercisers. In deed, It helps to release the stress of students. They are normally studying all the day long. It develops stress in their mind and this stress affects their brain cells if they are overloaded by the studies.   32. Sport is a very important part of our life. Exercises help us to relax and reduce amount of stress that is thrown down on us everyday. Not all the parents devote sport enough attention. Many of them prefer that their children study music and art then attend soccer of tennis classes. Besides, school day is very long and plenty of homework every day does not give children opportunity to do any exercises. One can tell that there are brakes between lessons, when children can run a little, but many students continue to sit and read books or play table games. They need to be organized to take part in sports. Therefore, school is the only place for many students where they can get any physical activities and they need to be organized if the form of lessons.

    Sport plays a main role in supporting human’s health. Luck of fresh air, when children sit in classes for hours and breath of millions of bacteria cannot give any good, but flu. It is a pity to observe how children, whose nature is to run and jump around, sit at their tables, bending their backs. Their internal organs stay in the irregular position for a long time what is cause bad work of digestive system and gastritis. The other possible outcome is scoliosis, what is stimulate back aches and of course, unpretty look. We should not forget that in our society appearance have a important role in success. It took from me a lot of special exercises during school years and yoga classes after that, to improve my back. Long academic studies harm children’s vision, have led to result that half of the students in my class were wearing glasses. I have my eyesight decreased from 100 to 90 percent to the seventh grade. Hopefully, it was improved after my graduation. We should not forget about obesity, which is become frequent today. Luck of physical exercises does not improve that problem, but make it worse. Person was used to not having enough exercises at the childhood, and growing older does not have habits for exercises, conducting the sitting manner of life, what lead to many deceases.

    No one can argue that good health support better study. Tired brain is unable to absorb more information. Each person need to change activity and it frequency depends of the age. Younger students required these changes more often. Our body have it’s own biorhythms. There are certain hours when brain does not work properly and intellectual activity decreased. It will be useless spending of time to study during these recessions. Besides, during certain days of the week tiredness accumulates and affects academic study not in a better way. Periods of intellectual recessions correspond with periods of physical raisings and represent a perfect time for exercises. Taking into account these periods will improve education process by mixing traditional classes with sport activities in the correct proportion and at the better time.


    On the other hand, sport is not the key objective of students. Their purpose is to get as much knowledge as possible and prepare for successful carrier. Too many physical activities can slow down speed of learning and provoke lag from other students. Sport activities cannot be easily combined with academic studies. Excitement after sport exercises can prevent students from switching to the subject of study. However, with the though-out schedule of classes followed body biorhythms, when exercises alternate with intellectual activity sport help education process and improve students’ health conditions and habits.


    In conclusion, sport is very important for every student. Considered amount of physical exercises as required part of a school day will improve health of nation and raise level of educated state.

    I strongly disagree with this argument as there are a lot of advantages that a student can get by doing physical exercise everyday.

    Moreover, by refreshing doing a physical exercise before work, they might feel better and easy when studying. Normally Students come to the school in the morning in a sleepy manner. After doing physical exercise they looks active and energetic. This activeness lead them to do other activities like reading, writing, dancing, speaking or debating in the school more successfully. From my opinion, I do agree with the statement that physical exercise is required for every part in school day. Today, obesity is one of the most pressing concerns for our children. More than one-third of children and young adult, approximately 25 million kids are overweight or obese. Physical inactivity is a leading contributor to the epidemic. Children should have a physical exercise in 60 minutes of moderate activity in a week. Schools should serve as an excellent venue to provide students with the opportunity for daily physical activity, to teach the importance of regular physical activity for health, and to build skills that support active lifestyles.

    We can see the advantages of physical exercise by looking at our children energy in their study. Physical exercise can help our children in study such as our children will be more energetic. Other than that, the children who are more physically active tend to perform better academically. Even, our attendance in co-curriculum may carry marks for our reports. Students that are active always keep their mind healthy and body fit.     Physical exercise or physical education is a part of subject at school, the students will learn the correct way of exercise. They will learn the technique for exercise and can have the time to practice it during class session.     The students should balance their academic performances with the physical activities. This helps the students to stay healthy. By having physical education as compulsory subject every student will have the equal time to be active and healthy. Maybe some perception thought that the physical exercise should be done outside the school. But sometimes students never do it after school period because due to the other attractive programme TV shows and home works.
    Besides that, having regular exercise can prevent students from getting diabetes and obesity. Since now is the modern life, everyone rushing to do works and job until neglect their healthy. More people will eat fast food compared to the healthy food. So by having physical activity helps students keep them a healthy life style. When the body is fits, the immune system also becomes stronger. It is helps reducing the spread of contagious disease among students.
    Study alone will cause the students become saturated and level of stress will increase. By having physical exercise, students will able manage their stress and handle the situation. This is the time to remove their attention in study for a while. This subject will make the learning fun and attractive.

But for me, I think that it is good if in the whole school day that full with academic studies, we must also put the physical exercise at the part of every school day.
    Why I think this is a good opinion for a students?. It is because, nowadays we must realize that subject that have in the school become tougher day by day. And also many things that students must learn because of it. If physical exercise be a required part of every school day, I think that students don’t have enough time to studies. So, I think that, if the physical exercise we do alternate day or once in a week, it also not be a big problem and also is a good idea. By that way, students have enough time to studies.
    Other than that, if students only spend the whole school day on academic studies, it also can bring a lot of problem to them. One of it is students can be stress and depressed because they only study and don’t have time to exercise. Because we know that physical exercise can reduce depression and can relax our mind.   42. I totally agree that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day with many reasons to support these statements. As we know, physical exercise has their advantages to students. Otherwise, we cannot totally disagree with these statements that some people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Besides that, it depends on students either they like to do physical exercise or not for their own reason and benefits in the future.
    For me, education of physical exercise is good among the students either in secondary or primary school. It is because when we do some exercise every morning, automatically after that our mind will perceptive the learning when the teacher was teaching them. Besides that, it is good as a students to learnt the topic as much as possible they can absorb the information. With these scenario we can define that most of students like to do a physical exercise before the learning was started. Furthermore, it can make energy and reaction for students to study and then they are more concentrate with their learning hours.
    Other advantages that we get when do the physical exercise or “Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan”(PJK) is the students are not tension or stress when they are always study. For example, if the students spend the whole school day only on academic studies it will become stress especially for the students who are sit the big examination for this year. Furthermore, if we get some rest with physical exercise it will help the students relax their mind. Moreover, when they was finished the exercise they can continue their study.
    Moreover, if they are just fully pay attention with their studies and do not take a rest for physical exercise it can make the complicated to student. Other than that, we can classified them as a smart students because they are always with their books in the free time. In addition, they are not interested with physical exercise. Consequently, there are not balance in their studies. Now, the students must manage their own time especially in study hours with proper timetable.
    In a nutshell, we must balance in two aspect which is academic school and physical exercise. It is because the two aspects are essential to students in the future as a successful person. From my site, I believe that student will feel boring with the whole school day on academic studies. And for me the physical exercise not required every day school. I think that, it is enough if only once or twice a week. If the school have managed time for physical exercise once or twice a week, I believe that they will exit to have it and appreciate every moment of it. The student also will give full co-operation when they have chances to do the physical activities.

    Physical activities should have to students in every school time as additional part of studies. It will reduce feeling of boring between the school time beside it will encourage them to produce or build energy. So, from that the school can produce the intelligent and healthy students. From the physical activities also it can attract them to interest to sport. And we can look for students who have ability or talent on sport. In the same time, they will raise the school name.

Some of them think that it is not necessary for the students and according to them students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. In my opinion, physical exercises should be a required part of the school days.
    Firstly, by refreshing doing a physical exercise before work, they might feel better and easy when studying. Normally Students come to the school in the morning in a sleepy manner. After doing physical exercise they look active and energetic. This activeness lead them to do other activities like reading, writing, dancing, speaking or debating in the school more successfully.   47. During in the school, all the student will be involve with two aspect of study which is indoor or outdoor. As we notice, indoor study is more about academic study, but for outdoor study is about phsical exercise or more about sport.
    In my opinion, physical exercise must be required as the part of study. It is look like negative to others but actually this is more or less give the advantages to students itself. One of the advantages to maintain our physical and mental health. Sometimes study will make the student get the stress and from the stress, they may get further illness. An example, many of students will complain of headache after finishing their revision or in settle down some problem in certain subject.
    Other than that, when we health, it will gives some happiness and our life will be cheerful day by day. It will help to raise our excited mood in study. Every student have their own hobby, and from that hobby they will help themselves to be happy and their thinking skill may be improve.
    Finally, physical exercise does not take much time as many people think it does. I have ever seen many persons, such as my friends and brother, complained that doing physical exercise took their time so much that they did not have enough time to do other things. But, in fact, we only need one hour to do daily morning exercise to have the good health. Instead of sleeping in interval between five and six o’clock, we should wake up and take an exercise in this time. In addition, we can regard physical exercise for five minutes as a relaxing thing when we feel tired.

  52. Pantai Penarik is located within a recreational area frequently attended by the locals. There seemed to be a camping ground and probably some motel rooms here too. The water is fantastic and the view of traditional fishing boats docked at the beach by the local villagers is something you could treasure.
    The beach tends to get very breezy because of the open sea. From here, the visitors can catch a glimpse of the famous islands off the coast of Terengganu – on the far left are the Perhentians, sitting in the middle is the small island of Pulau Lang Tengah, and far right is the world-famous Pulau Redang. The beach, Pantai Penarik is somewhere behind the coconut trees, 90km to the north of Kuala Terengganu. Straight and sandy coast line is the major attraction for holiday seekers who intend to tan their skin and have a couple hours of quite and relaxing time
    From Kuala Terengganu, take the coastal road to Merang and from there just travel north to Penarik.From Kota Baharu, head towards Kampung Raja in the Besut district and signs will indicate the coastal road down to Terengganu. That is something that everyone can take care of on his or her own. Many students get plenty of physical exercise as part of their daily life or recreation. A student who bicycles ten miles to and from school does not need more exercise. A good physical education program must take a students outside activity into consideration. Otherwise, some students will spend valuable class hours repeating physical exercise.
    If a school offers such activities, it also suggests that students will be graded on them. The range of possible physical activities is great: football, swimming, weight lifting, ballet, ballroom dance, yoga, skiing, horseback riding, and golf are just a few. However, the number that a school could offer is small. Some students could get bad grades in physical education simply because the school could not provide an activity they enjoy or do well. This seems unfair. Research suggests that participation, not excellence, in these activities determines the physical benefits the body will get.
    Another issue is economic. Many schools do not have the money to provide gym facilities, playing fields, and athletic equipment for their students. Other schools are located in cities where that kind of space just isn’t available. A few schools would rather keep money for academic purposes.
    Schools can certainly encourage physical activity. They can provide space for notices about activities, events, and classes for physical activities.   57. School is a place where we get our knowledge. We start go to school since at the young age of 7. Some of us feel that, going to school Is a very boring. It is because, we had been doing a same thing everyday. Some of them enjoy come school because we can meet our friends there. In my opinion, school is a place to get knowledge. That is the purpose of the school. I really do not think we should put physical exercise everyday.


    School is an education institution for the youngsters. At Malaysia, we will start go to school since 7 and will finish the school year at the age of 17. Some of the parent, will send their children to the pre-school at the age of 5. So, overall, we will be a student for 10 to 12 years. In Malaysia, it is a must for every parent to send their child to school.


    As we know, school Is place to get proper education from the teachers. It is not necessary to included physical exercise everyday. It is because, physical activities can make the body tired after the activities. As the body tired, our mind also feel tired and the student will do not have a mood to study. Some of the student maybe have a great stamina, but some are not. Moreover, their body will be sweat and it is not comfortable to learn in a sweat and sometime smelly body.


    Other than that, the school also have
    sport days for the student. In that day, the student can involve the sport as how much as he can because they are required to do so. The training will be about 1 or 2 month and then they will had a sport carnival. This is the time where the student can enjoy doing the sport as much as they want. So it is not all academic in a year. In addition, the student can also represent their school in a various sport such as football, netball, handball and many more in the inter-school tournament.


    Moreover, our school time is about 6 hours and only for 5 days in a week. So, the student can enjoy do the physical activities after the school times. It is not a necessary to include the physical activities in a school hours because they also can do the activities after the school hour finish. They have a lot of time after the school hours. This is why student should spend the whole school day on academic studies.


    This is all the point why students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. They had a plenty of time after a school day. They must give all the attention on the academic because, in the end of the year, they will had exam to asses their level of knowledge after a year of study. Vietnamese people often say: “A conscious mind in a healthy body”, which means that physical and mental matters should go hand in hand with each other.     Now a days, in most schools students are encouraged to do physical exercise at least for a small period of time. However, some people think it is not essential to have such a period and it wastes time which students have for studying.
    I strongly disagree with this argument as there are a lot of advantages that a student can get by doing physical exercise everyday.

    Moreover, by refreshing doing a physical exercise before work, they might feel better and easy when studying. Normally Students come to the school in the morning in a sleepy manner. After doing physical exercise they looks active and energetic. This activeness lead them to do other activities like reading, writing, dancing, speaking or debating in the school more successfully. They show a big difference in enrolling activities, after exercise.

    With out any doubt, physical exercise helps to develop human heath physically and mentally. Recent researches have shown that exercise is essential to keep up a good health in the body. It helps to burn extra calories and to control the body weight which usually leads to many health problems like high blood pressure, diabetics etc. On the other hand, it is good for our respiratory system since it increases our Oxygen in take. School is the best place to encourage people to do exercisers. In deed, It helps to release the stress of students. They are normally studying all the day long.     In my opinion, I am really agree with the student should spend the whole school day on academic studies is because school in place where we get and to gains as much knowledge from there. As a good student their will appreciate time and use it to give a full intentions towards their studies. School time is about eight hour only and a balance of time can be use to do some outdoor activities during at home.

    For me, the time in school a not enough to complete the syllabus of learning, and this time must be use as wells to ensure we a not missing any topic. School is a best place for student to do the revision and solving their problem to their teachers. Student must give full attention for their learning because factor surrounding at school can make us fell and spirit to studies is strong and ease to us learn. However, different during at home, after tired in school we use the balance time to be a playing time.

    Besides that, to have physical exercise for is so important also to student to ensure their not feel stress during with their studies but must have a correct planning toward that. Student must be clever to balance their study and playing time. The activities can be doing after class sessions which is during go back home. When in school student must giving full commitment with their studies as well.

    For me, I preferred to students participate in physical exercise or sports in their school day rather than only studying. As we know, Sport is a very important part of our life. Exercises help us to relax and reduce amount of stress that is thrown down on us everyday. Besides, school day is very long and plenty of homework every day does not give children opportunity to do any exercises. They need to be organized to take part in sports. Therefore, school is the only place for many students where they can get any physical activities and they need to be organized if the form of lessons.

    Sport plays a main role in supporting human’s health.. It is a pity to observe how children, whose nature is to run and jump around, sit at their tables, bending their backs. Their internal organs stay in the irregular position for a long time what is because bad work of digestive system and gastritis. The other possible outcome is scoliosis, what is stimulating back aches and of course, unrests look. We should not forget that in our society appearance has a important role in success. It took from me a lot of special exercises during school years and yoga classes after that, to improve my back. Long academic studies harm children’s vision, have led to result that half of the students in my class were wearing glasses. We should not forget about obesity, which is become frequent today. Luck of physical exercises does not improve that problem, but make it worse. Person was used to not having enough exercises at the childhood, and growing older does not have habits for exercises, conducting the sitting manner of life, what lead to many deceases.

    No one can argue that good health support better study. Tired brain is unable to absorb more information. Each person need to change activity and it frequency depends of the age. Younger students required these changes more often. Our body has its own biorhythms. There are certain hours when brain does not work properly and intellectual activity decreased. It will be useless spending of time to study during these recessions. Besides, during certain days of the week tiredness accumulates and affects academic study not in a better way.

    On the other hand, sport is not the key objective of students. Their purpose is to get as much knowledge as possible and prepare for successful carrier. Too many physical activities can slow down speed of learning and provoke lag from other students. Sport activities cannot be easily combined with academic studies. Excitement after sport exercises can prevent students from switching to the subject of study. However, with the though-out schedule of classes followed body biorhythms, when exercises alternate with intellectual activity sport help education process and improve students’ health conditions and habits.


    In conclusion, sport is very important for every student. Considered amount of physical exercises as required part of a school day will improve health of nation and raise level of educated state.

It is no use to restrain them at school with academic study only. Sometimes, they need physical activity that can makes them feel fresh after long hours of study or before begin to study. Clearly I agree here that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day.
    There are many reasons why I agree with the statement. One of the reasons is, student will be full with energy to study after do some simple physical exercise. It is because; the activity will stretch their muscle, make it lose and makes them energetic. When students feel energise, automatically they will put more concentration in class during lecture. It is due to their brain now is fresh and able to absorb easily the learning.
    Other than that, physical exercise also one aspect to maintain good health. When at home, they will not do the exercise as tired is their excuses. Therefore, there is no time for them to do exercise and its makes them lazy and lethargic at school. When they feel lethargic, they cannot study well. Isn’t it a waste of time? So, physical exercise is really needed every school day so that they can begin their day with a lot of energy and it does not matter if they did not do physical exercise at home because they have done it at school. In my opinion, I believe that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day because of three following reasons.

    For the first reason, the health is very important to the studying. This is because the person who usually gets sick encounters many difficulties in studying. For example, he must absent many sessions at school when he suddenly catches a disease. Then he must try more to keep pace with other students. Moreover, he is not easy to focus on his studying without healthy spirit which is only possessed by a healthy person. So, doing physical exercise is a useful tool to the studying.

    Furthermore, the health brings happiness to people. We can get a person who is talented but easily get ill as an example. He is good at all academic subjects but does he feel happy? I sure that he has not been comfortable when his family always spent a large amount of money to treat his and he always is painful with his own disease. Conversely, a student who is good enough in his school and has a good healthy almost does not any concern in his life.

    Finally, physical exercise does not take much time as many people think it does. I have ever seen many persons, such as my friends and brother, complained that doing physical exercise took their time so much that they did not have enough time to do other things. But, in fact, we only need one hour to do daily morning exercise to have the good health. Instead of sleeping in interval between five and six o’clock, we should wake up and take an exercise in this time. In addition, we can regard physical exercise for five minutes as a relaxing thing when we feel tired.

While they are studying, the students should have a concentration. They have to consume their energies. Children with school ages need to consume their energies than the elders. Therefore it is necessary for the children to fresh their mind and consume their over energies.

    Secondly, physical exercises should be part of our life whether how we are old. Sports are the main part of human’s healthy life. It helps to relax and reduce the stress. All the students during their school life have to face lots of exams, homework, projects, etc. They spend their education life in a deep stresses.     Lastly, unfortunately fast food became a very common especially for the children. They prefer eating fast foods than homemade cooks. So it makes obesity problem.     Children started their school in kindergarten. They learnt alphabet, numbering, a picture, knowing an animal, feeling, words and others related with it. They also fastest to ketchup a new things and can act same from the original due to newborn had a brain that are fresh to input all the information and knowledge. Moreover their parents should show a suitable action and use a appropriate words in front of their children. This is too aware them from influencing to followed. A problem in which may leads to others serious diseases, heard attack, for example.

    On the other hand, there are several strong arguments against the idea that students should be exercising in schools. First of all, looking at the objectives for attending school, school is not a training ground but a place for learning and preparing students for their future career. Secondly, Thailand is currently deserting productive people with outstanding knowledge in their field and are able to apply that knowledge to practice.     Exercise is the way for us to have the good body metabolism .Especially for students who are spent their time mostly in school. For me they should have physical exercise in school after their face with the much homework in school and to release tension.
    Firstly, they should do exercise because to refresh their mind and prepared mentally before receive learning session. When student exercise, the oxygen will increase in their body and will refresh the mind and making the learning is more effective. Without we realise, the quality of leaning will increase and increase the reputation of school. Then, the conditions in class will become more actively and student will be more alert to the learning.
    Secondly, with exercise also can maintain student healthy by excrete the toxin from body through sweating. So, beside student have effective learning, they also will free from the disease. After that, if student is always sick when come to school, the qualities of school reputation also decrease.
    Furthermore, student always be in stress because everyday they are focus on the academic. So, with exercise, student can relaxes their muscle and release their tension. After that, student will develop positive thinking and free their mind. If the school always focus on the academic all times, the products surely not come out with positive result because students are very stress and they are no machine or robot to study all times.
    As the recommend, doing exercise 20 minutes three times every week. Exercise is important because to burns the fat naturally and to maintain our body shape to keep slim and beautiful. Then, if student not able to do exercise, they should use the other method such as by use the staircase. It is important to maintain our stamina to healthy.
    More over, the exercise should be doing on the morning to refresh the mind. Beside that, teacher also should involve in the activity.   78. I think that the healthy is come from the inside the body, that is mean if the outside is healthy the inside of the body is also healthy. There is much type of ways to make us maintain our healthy. Different people have the different type the practice to maintain and stay healthy. The important thing to maintain the healthy is the diet, exercises and also healthy life style.
    First of all, we need to cares about our diet. That is because the diet is the food that we eat. The food that we eat contains the nutrient that will into our body to maintain our healthy. The food must provide enough nutrients that we need in our body .so that, to make sure that the nutrient is enough we need to eat follow by the food pyramid. In the food pyramid we need at least two to three portions a day of the vegetables. The fruits we need also at least two to three portion a days. The carbohydrate is important in the daily meal that we need eat in every time of meal. We also must eat less in fats, sugar, salt and alcohols. The most things in the diet we must eat a lot of water at least two to three litres per days. This diet can maintain and stay in good health.
    Furthermore, exercise is also important to maintain our healthy. We should at least to practice any light exercise for only thirty minutes for everyday to stay healthy. The example of the light exercise is aerobic exercise. We also can cycling of swimming if we like to because it is also the type of exercise. The exercise is important to stay healthy because when we do a lot of exercise it will make our heart to pump a lot of blood toward every place in the body. Even though when we are walking to go to work that is at least we walk in thirty minutes, it is also can make the heart pump a lot of blood.
    Last but not list, we need to practice a healthy life style such as avoid smoking and also alcoholic. Smoking is the danger attitudes if we practices that way. The healthy life style is such as practice the diet, exercise and maintain in healthy life style can make s us to stay in the healthy.

School studies at young age does not hundred percent guaranteed to train a child to become a successful person at all because children learnt not only from the school classes; they are learnt from their observant and curiosity feeling.

    In my opinion, a child should not be sent to a formal education at a very young age because during this period, they learn most from their playing and trying a new thing.
    It is correct to start the formal education earlier, but they should not be stressed on that education only. They have to be given time for they to play among themselves and find a new way of playing whatsoever. As we know, nowadays kindergartens also provide a recreation time to ensure the children got their time to play around.

    Playing, trying something new and researching are the most important in grabbing the chances for a job. For example to be an engineer, they not only focus on the tutorial classes, but they need to stress more on trying to do it by self. If we are hoping to produce a good quality of child, we have to give them time to play and opportunity to do something which is new for them. From that way, we can create a pioneer for any kind of job or the child will be a creator for a big huge machine. Don’t you think that was a proudly finding?

    Formal education is a knowledge that we have to have in our life. But it is not as important as experiences that we gained during playing around. We also can assess the child’s ability and physical movement during they are playing. It means we can detect if there is any abnormalities in that particular child’s movement.

    As conclusion, I found that starting formal education at a very young age not contribute much to train a child. They need to seek their own experience in conducting a situation, so that they learn deeper and trained personally.

  80. Physical exercise is a part of life that we never can separate. To do physical exercise our mind get a fully rest because don’t torture with academic study only. This is the way to bring back the good quality and healthy lifestyle. Too spend on academic also can make our brain so tired.

    For me, it should be required part every day. That means, have physical exercise and academic studies both equally and that can balance our system. Too much academic study can make brain tired and cannot receive a good connection into brain. So let’s make them both exist equally.
    If both of the programmes had on every school, student not feels so bored and they can show their specialist on sport. That means, they will have both special in sport and academic also. After that, they can build up stamina as students; they need more active than others.

    Besides that, they need to rest their mind and have some fresh air. Sometimes, if we only focus at academic, our body cannot be active and weak. With physical exercise the student will improve quality of life such as healthy and can reduce stress. In positive perspective, students can maintain their weight and not being obesity in early young.

    In school, we can have in a week got two sessions for physical exercise. So student will no bored and feel so stress with their environment. So that, teachers also can join together for example they can do event like poco - poco dance or aerobics. We also can make outsides class so interesting by doing like that.

    I am so sure that student will like when ever physical exercise had. Even if do every day, the students will like it. For me, we must feel and get the experience from outsides classes because these days many people can’t be responsible toward world on what they had done such as having smoke in open place. Exercise can prevent people from getting a disease of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease and obesity. It also helps to prevent from getting depression and promote positive self confidence and self esteem.

    Encourage the students to participate in sport activities can enhance their skill and to develop good lifestyle. From there they can see a positive aspect in their life such as prevent from involving in taking drug, alcohols ,street illegal and other thing that come from negative site. Furthermore, student can get mew friends and become closure with their friend in a better way and more fun.

    Like all people, students need to do some physical exercises at least once a day. The continuous hours of study can lead the student to get depression. So it is well recommended for the schools to take their students far from being depressed. There are all of students to attempt to suicide because they had a lot of pressure in their schools. Physical exercises can release this depression from students.
    On the other hand, physical exercises can bring some pleasure and fun for the students who have some obsession about schools. They think that schools are establishing only for studying hard and being serious. Ultimately, they flee from the school. Physical exercises help schools to avoid these behaviors by including some pleasure in their programs.
    Another reason for why physical exercises should be a required part of every school day, is because physical exercises have a good impact on students' health. Thus, I am totally against those who believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies.


    There are many advantages that students can get by doing physical exercise. Many students that actively involved in the school physical exercise showed a good result in their academic. This shows that when the students are physically active, they are automatically mentally active too. Instead, students that are not involved actively in physical exercise are often poor in their academic too. This is probably because when our body is not active; our brains will function less than its capability because of lack of stimulation. Good physical activity will promote the secretion of certain hormones that will stimulate and enhances our brains function. That is why physical exercise should be a required part of every school day if we expect to see an improvement in the students’ academic results.
